First, I would like to say, Welcome to the Prophetic Newsletter.  God loves you, and every Christian, who is truly a Christian, loves you also.

Before God took my son home to be with Him, I always loved him, still do - no matter what - even more than my own life.  I have to say that even though I have always loved him dearly, no matter what; I mean nothing, but nothing could alienate me from him.  I always advised him between right and wrong and what God's Word had to say about any wrong path he may have taken.  That was my duty, as a loving mother.  I raised Levi in the admonition of the Lord and I am so grateful to God that I had that opportunity.

As Levi faced death a few years ago, physicians offered to try to administer treatments to help save him, but he declined their help.  He placed his life into God's hands and he left the hospital.  I have to say, having worked in the nursing profession for a number of years during my lifetime, I have seen people pass from this life to the next, but I never saw anyone leave here more peaceful than my beloved son.  Awake and talking one minute, with no pain, then he shut his eyes, bowed his head and left his body to step into eternity the next minute.  Levi knew God, he trusted in God, he knew how to pray and he is now in paradise with the Lord.

The Word of God says that homosexuality is a sin: "Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind; it is an abomination" Leviticus 18:22.  "For this reason (sinfulness), God gave them up unto vile affections, for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature; and likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in lust one toward another, men with men working that which is unseemly (grossly improper) and receiving in themselves that recompense (judgment) of their error which was meet (just).  Even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient (appropriate)" Romans 1:26-28.

Just as I would kindly instruct my son in the ways of the Lord, if he was still here with me, I will advise you against this sin of homosexuality, because the end effects of it are devastating, not only in this life, but throughout eternity.  The choice is yours, as it is for every living person, to receive the Lord as their Savior, to abide in His will and live by His Word, or to go their own way and perish.  Moses "chose rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season" Hebrews 11:25.  Do you realize how short that "season" of pleasure is?  How does your lifespan on earth compare with eternity?  The Word of God says, "You do not know what will happen tomorrow, for what is your life?  It is even a vapor which appears for a little time, then vanishes away" James 4:14.  The good news, for those who know the Lord, is that our eternal soul lives forever, according to the Word of God, "We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord.  Therefore we labor, that whether present or absent, we may be accepted of Him; for we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that everyone may receive the things done in his body, according to what he has done, whether it is good or bad" 2 Corinthians 5:8-10.  The Word of God says that God never changes, "...with whom there is no variableness, neither shadow of turning" James 1:17.  In other words, what God said 4,000 years ago remains the same today; He hasn't changed His mind.  When He gave the children of Israel His Commandments, and said that for "man to lie with mankind, as he does with womankind, is an abomination, He meant it then, and He still means it now.

We are only in this life long enough to make a choice and decide to live for God eternally, or face judgment and the wrath of God after we leave this world.  "He who overcomes shall inherit all things and I will be his God and he will be My son; but the fearful and unbelieving, the abominable, murderers, whoremongers, sorcerers, idolaters and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death" Revelation 21:7-8.  "There will no way enter into it (heaven) anything that defiles, neither whatever works an abomination, or makes a lie, but those who are written in the Lamb's book of life (Jesus, the Lamb slain, the sacrifice for your sins and mine)" Revelation 21:27.

Jesus said, "Therefore be ready, for in such an hour as you think not, the Son of man (Jesus) will return" Matthew 24:44.  He also said, "As the days of Noah were, so the coming of the Son of man will be; for as in the days that were before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so shall the coming of the Son of man be" Matthew 24:37-39.  The Bible also says His return will be as a "thief in the night," "For you know perfectly that the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night" 1 Thessalonians 5:2.  The people of God will know when His return is near, not the day or the hour, but when it is near.  Jesus said in Matthew 24, as he told of the signs that would be prevalent in the world when He returns, "When you see all these things, know that it is near (His return), even at the doors" Matthew 24:33.

If you have read the Blog-News page of this website, news events which correlate with Bible prophecy concerning the return of the Lord, you will know that the signs of His return are here, and there is no time to lose.

If you receive the Lord as your Savior and ask Him to help you overcome temptation and to change your life, He will.  He will give you the power to live the kind of life Christ lived, free from the burdens of sin.  "There is no temptation that has overtaken you, except those common to man; but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted more than you are able to bear, but with the temptation will also make a way to escape, so you can bear it" 1 Corinthians 10:13.  "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" Philippians 4:13.  If you haven't received Jesus as your Savior, please visit the How Can I Be Saved page of this website.                 God bless you
