USGS: A major 6.1 earthquake hit Atacama, Chile on Wednesday, 12/7/11, at 22:23:09 UTC, at a depth of 15.6 km (9.7 mi).

Commentary: The Bible says, "There will be great earthquakes in various places, famines, pestilences and there will be fearful sights and great signs from heaven" Luke 21:11. The earth's population should stand at attention to the graph below, as it clearly shows a phenomenal surge in earthquakes even since last year.
