Hurricane Sandy is well into destruction right now in the northeast part of the East Coast.  Officials have said that if there are people remaining in those areas of New Jersey and Delaware that have already been hit, it is too late for them.  The storm washed away part of the Atlantic City boardwalk, threatening to cripple Wall Street and the New York City subway system with epic flooding, reported the Associated Press.

Hurricane Sandy was gaining speed and power throughout the day, which knocked out power to 1.5 million residents and it appears that millions more will be affected before the storm is finished.  The storm hit furiously upon the boarded-up communities of Baltimore, Washington, Philadelphia, New York and Boston.  Forecasters warned that waves could surge as much as 20 feet high at the Chicago shoreline and they have predicted three feet of snow in West Virginia.

The storm damage has been projected at $20-30 billion so far and could end up one of the costliest natural disasters in US history.  The storm is moving faster than forecasters originally estimated.

This very hurricane already killed 69 people in the Caribbean, before heading to the East Coast.  "We are looking at the highest storm surges ever recorded" in the Northeast, said Jeff Masters, meteorology director for Weather Underground, a private forecasting service.  "The energy of the storm surge is off the charts, basically."

Authorities fear the surge of seawater could cripple the electrical connections which operate the subway systems, and that it could damage electrical and communication lines in lower Manhattan, which are vital to the nation's financial center.

At least 100 feet of fishing pier in Ocean City, Maryland was destroyed.  Governor Martin O'Malley said there will be devastating flooding from the swollen Chesapeake Bay.  "There will be people who die and are killed in this storm," he said.

I had a dream last night that an apartment complex was devastated, detailing it (the dream) on the Prophecy page.  We need to pray and continue praying for the souls being affected on the East Cost.

The prophets foretold of massive storms in the last days, "Behold, the Lord has a mighty and strong one, which as a tempest of hail and a destroying storm, as a flood of mighty waters overflowing, will cast down to earth with the hand" Isaiah 28:2.

We are living in the last days of God's "warnings," a prelude to the great tribulation that will soon come upon the entire earth, according to the scriptures, and it is a time to be warned and a time to pray.  Jesus said, speaking of the last days, "Then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be" Matthew 24:21.

If you aren't saved, now is the time to pray and receive salvation; tomorrow could be too late.  If you aren't saved, please visit the How Can I Be Saved page of this website.  Salvation is simple - it's only a prayer away.  God bless you.
