 The Coming Crisis:  Norway - A major bombing at the capital buildings in Oslo, Norway, followed by a mass shooting spree, killing up to 30 at a children's camp indicates that Norway is under a terrorist attack.  At this time, we are not sure if this is a Europe-wide attack or a localized event.  Updates will be forthcoming.  

EMERGENCY INSTRUCTIONS:  The government of Norway issues the following emergency instructions:

a)  Police have told people in the Norwegian capital to stay away from the city center.  
b)  Limit the use of mobile phones.  
c)  They also warned people to avoid large gatherings.  

1)  If you live in Norway, please remain indoors and away from major cities.  Please keep your children inside.  
2)  Tune in to your radio or TV for emergency government instructions should they be dispatched.
3)  Please stay close to your radio or television in other European countries.  This may be a Europe-wide event.  Should events begin transpiring in other European nations, it is recommended that you remain indoors and be prepared for emergency instructions.
