Australia - Cyclone Lua hit Western Australia with winds of about 155 miles per hour (250 kilometers hr), and registered a category 4 storm.  No injuries were reported, although the manager of the Pardoo Roadhouse said it was "absolutely horrific" with water seeping into the building through every window seal and light fitting, reported Businessweek.com.  A new cyclone may be developing off the northeastern coast of Australia, the Bureau of Meteorology reported.

There will be a greater number of more severe storms as we draw closer to the Lord's return.  "When He utters His voice, there is a multitude of waters in the heavens and He causes the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth; He makes lightnings with rain and brings forth wind out of His treasures" Jeremiah 10:13.  God brings about the rain and wind at His pleasure, although the Word of God tells us that when He is angry, He rages the elements of wind and rain upon the earth.  "Thus saith the Lord, I will rend it with a stormy wind in My fury and there will be an overflowing shower in My anger, and great hailstones in My fury to consume it" Ezekiel 13:13.
