Quito, Ecuador - Floods and mudslides have caused at least 20 deaths and have forced about 4,700 people from their homes since January.  Heavy rains have caused mudslides and rivers to overflow in certain areas.  The Emergency Management Office issued a statement that at least 10 people have died and 14 injured, reported Huffington Post.  About 2,800 people are staying in disaster shelters, while others have moved in with relatives.

Many scriptures tell of storms to come, an outpouring of God's anger upon the earth because of the sins of the people, "Thus saith the Lord God, I will rend it with a stormy wind in My fury and there will be an overflowing shower because of My anger, and great hailstones to consume it because of My fury" Ezekiel 13:13.  The harsh weather and storms will only increase, as a warning of the great wrath to come, so people will seek the Lord while there is time.  If you haven't received the Lord as your Savior, please visit the How Can I Be Saved page of this website.  God bless you.
