WND.com (excerpts):  Henry Kissinger, Nobel Peace Prize winner and former Secretary of State under President Nixon, who has also held positions in the Ford and Reagan administrations, has written numerous books on foreign policy and he is in the know when it comes to Barack Obama and his agenda.   

During an interview with CNBC, after Obama took the presidential post, Kissinger was asked to define Obama's foreign policy.  Kissinger commented:

"The president elect is coming into office at a moment when there is upheaval in many parts of the world simultaneously.  You have India, Pakistan; you have the jihadist movement.  So he can't really say there is one problem, that it's the most important one, but he can give new impetus to American foreign policy partly because the reception of him is so extraordinary around the world.  His task will be to develop an overall strategy for America in this period when, really, a new world order can be created.  It's a great opportunity, it isn't just a crisis."

The "New World Order" goes back at least as far as 1940, when author H.G. Wells used it as the title of a book about a socialist, unified, one world government.  It has also been linked to American presidents, including Woodrow Wilson, whose work on establishing the League of Nations pioneered the concept of international government bodies, and to the first President Bush, who used it in a 1989 speech. 

"A new partnership of nations has begun and we stand today at a unique and extraordinary moment," said Bush before a joint session of Congress.  "Out of these troubled times, our fifth objective - a New World Order - can emerge."

Commentary:  Henry Kissinger is a member of the Bilderberg Group, a powerful organization including the most powerful leaders and richest individuals in the world.  They meet secretly every year to discuss the fate of the nations.  Among these are multibillionaire bankers, who own the Federal Reserve Bank, the World Bank, and quite frankly, who "own the world," until the Lord returns.  The Bible tells us that satan, working in wicked people, is the "prince and power of the air," Ephesians 2:2.  The Word also tells us that when Jesus returns, He will rule and reign in the world (Revelation 11:15).  

Please just take a moment to ponder whether or not other nations are becoming less dictatorial and if they are providing more freedom and liberties to their citizens, or if many of the other oppressive nations in the world are possibly having an impact on the United States.  With Obama having signed the National Defense Authorization Act, giving himself dictatorial powers to arrest and detain American citizens indefinitely without a trial; with Obama requesting the help of the United Nations to control Arizona, as Arizona's government attempts to secure our sovereign borders against infiltration by those illegally crossing in from Mexico; with the Muslim Brotherhood, a known terrorist organization and supporter of terrorism, taking power in Arab Spring nations (thanks in great part to the help of Barack Obama); with Asian nations becoming more oppressive against their citizens' liberties and freedom of religion, what do you really think is happening within the formation of this New World Order?  The news is devastating, friends; but the outcome was foretold by the prophets thousands of years ago. 

The Word of God tells us that a world dictator will arise, the Antichrist, who will control buying, selling and even the faith and worship of the world's population, "He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads; that no man might buy or sell, except he who has the mark or the name of the beast (the Antichrist), or the number of his name.  Here is wisdom.  Let him who has understanding count the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man and his number is six hundred, sixty-six" Revelation 13:16-18.

We are already living in a predominantly "cashless society."  Most people use plastic cards to make purchases, but this is also quickly becoming outdated.  More and more, people are purchasing online and by cell phone; but with hacking and fraud theft as rampant as it is today with all of these electronic money transfers, it is obvious to see how the Antichrist is going to have no problem implementing an individual "mark," which is implanted into the hand or forehead (probably for amputees), for the sake of "privacy and fraud prevention."  It is just around the corner, friends.  In fact, many people throughout the world today already have microchip implants for such purposes.
