Claudia Tillery charged with raping her sixth grade student. HuffingtonPost.com: 42-year-old Humanities teacher Claudia Tillery was charged with raping her male student on Tuesday. Police say that Tillery plied the student with drugs and alcohol and carried on an inappropriate relationship with a sixth grader. The victim, now 14, allegedly carried on the relationship until recently, when he decided to come forward with the information. Tillery worked at Middle School 35, The Stephen Decatur Middle School in Bedford-Stuvesant. Students and parents were shocked to hear the news, and told the Daily News that while Tillery was known as a strict teacher, she was well liked. "All the kids liked her. She is a good teacher. She was a pretty lady," said an eighth grader who was taught by Tillery two years ago. "She was serious in class. I'm surprised that this happened." ABC News reports that no sexual activity was known to have occurred on school grounds. Tillery is being charged with rape, unlawful dealing of drugs and alcohol to a child, sexual misconduct, criminal sexual act, sexual abuse and acting in a manner injurious to a child.

Atlas Shrugs: There is a sickness of the soul, a moral illness that has infected our political elites, military brass and media quislings. America expends incalculable blood and treasure in Afghanistan to what end? To install the sharia? To facilitate the killing of apostates out of Islam or the oppression and subjugation of women? That cross should be lit up like a Christmas tree - this - is - just - so - terrible.
Commentary: The military clergy have been instructed not to pray in "Jesus's name," now the cross is being taken down at Christmas. Freedom of religion has been removed among military personnel in America. It might have an impact on the US military branches if those who are considering enlisting, walk into recruiting centers, or send them letters, stating their thoughts about enlisting, but that they have decided against it, because there is no freedom of religion allowed. If Christians all over the nation removed their children from public schools and home schooled them, because the public school system has kicked God out and brought in evolution (which has been disproven by the mathematical improbability), sexual promiscuity and promotion of gay lifestyles, they might have to try to find some other religious people to oppress. Christians are called to make a stand for Christ. "If we suffer, we will also reign with Him; if we deny Him, He will also deny us" 2 Timothy 2:12.

FoxNews.com by Jim Angle (excerpts): Even before the Super Committee convened - and failed to find a formula for reforming entitlements, Democrats wielded a familiar refrain to reject any Republican effort to save Medicare by offering competition. "Put simply, it ends Medicare as we know it," President Obama said earlier this year about GOP proposals. Senate Democratic leader Harry Reid, D-Nev, also blasted Republican plans and employed the same "end Medicare as we know it" phrase, before going on to say it would subject seniors to the rising costs of health care.
Obama himself sharply limits Medicare spending and Democrats actually voted for it in the new health care law, fundamentally altering the program "as we know it," say analysts. "President Obama ended it as we know it," said James Capretta of the Ethics and Public Policy Center. The only thing I don't think the public really understands is that the health care law has already capped Medicare spending and President Obama was the proponent of that cap."
In the new health care law, Medicare is slashed by $500 billion and growth in Medicare spending is capped to just 1% over growth in the overall economy. In an 80-page message addressed to the Super Committee, Obama proposed another $250 billion in Medicare cuts, along with lowering the limit on Medicare spending to gross domestic product plus 0.5%. He would cap spending at the lower number by reducing reimbursements. Since Medicare grows 2 or 3 points more than GDP plus inflation, or at around 7-9% annually, seniors lose ground every year. "Any time we have an arbitrary cap that is not reachable, where benefits could be harmed, we would be opposed said David Sertner, policy director for the American Association of Retired Persons. "If there is a cost that goes above the cap, we are going to be stopping care for that year and in essence this leads to rationing of care," Certner said; "so we can't have arbitrary caps in the Medicare program."
When doctors, surgeons or those who make hip or knee replacements are simply told they will be paid significantly less, what will they do? Capretta said he fears the worst. "Eventually some of the providers of those services will drop out of the market and there will be issues in terms of accessing care," he said. "That's what the Medicare actuary has already predicted will occur under the health care law." Medical groups said they expect a shortage of some 90,000 doctors by the end of this decade, as 30 million baby boomers have begun to retire, making access to care even tighter.
Commentary: Most seniors can hardly tolerate an increase in medical costs, or anything else for that matter. Ten percent of all seniors 65+ live under the poverty level in the US. The median income of seniors is now $11,208, and 30% of all seniors 80+ had incomes of less than 150% of the poverty level (ncpssm.org). The rationing of medical services is nothing new in socialist-communist governments and we are headed right down that "alley." The elderly and poor who are sick die for lack of care under those circumstances, but do you think the elitist liberals care? Obama and members of Congress are exempted from the new health care plan; only their staff are subjected to it.
Twenty-five or thirty years ago, could you have ever imagined our great nation, the superpower of all nations throughout the world, bankrupt? It is now. Other nations make fun of America today; it is shameful, especially so because our forefathers and our nation's children even today spill their blood for our freedom in the US. The radical liberals in office, especially the Obama administration, are bringing this nation rapidly towards a socialist government that is going to enslave its citizens.
When physicians leave the profession in great numbers and funding is cut for those dependent on government medical programs, will the government let people die without treatment or medication? I'm certain they will. In the not so distant future, peoples heads are going to be cut off for not accepting a mark in their hand or in their foreheads in order to exist economically. Does this sound outrageous to you? Peoples heads are being severed all over the Middle East on a regular basis right now. Are you aware of the holocaust? Similar tribulation will be endured here, whether you believe it or not. The Word of God says it will happen, "...I saw the souls of those who were beheaded for the witness of Jesus and for the Word of God, who had not worshiped the beast, neither his image, neither received his mark on their foreheads or in their hands..." Revelation 20:4. God's people will not be here, because God has promised to deliver His people from the wrath to come (1 Thessalonians 1:10). Are you aware that all of those who participate in the health care program will be required to have an RFID chip implanted for "medical security" purposes? It is written into the health care bill, and that's just the beginning.

Commentary: Jesus said these events would be indicators of His imminent return in the last days, "There will be great earthquakes in various places, famines, pestilences, and there will be fearful sights and great signs from heaven" Luke 21:11. Record-breaking storms throughout the world have generated fear in the hearts of many over the last two years. With all of the indicators put together, as described in Luke 21 and Matthew 24, it is obvious to see that we are living in the last days. This earthquake graph shows a phenomenal increase in earthquakes only since last year.

ABC News by Matthew Cole and Brian Ross: In a significant failure for the United States in the Mideast, more than a dozen spies working for the CIA in Iran and Lebanon have been caught and the US government fears they will be, or have been executed, according to four current and former US officials with connections to the intelligence community. The spies were paid informants recruited by the CIA for two distinct espionage rings targeting Iran and the Beirut-based Hezbollah organization, considered by the US to be a terror group backed by Iran.
Commentary: It is unfortunate you never see Obama smile with Israel's Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu as fondly as he does here with the President of Turkey. Since when are more than a dozen CIA spies caught in covert operations? How often does that happen? What immediately comes to mind is the Natural Born Citizen clause of the United States Constitution. This is exactly why our forefathers created the clause, to provide maximum protection for US citizens and such covert operations. President Obama is said to have surfaced his "real" birth certificate on his website (which is still controversial because it conflicts with his Indonesian school records), but that still doesn't meet the Constitution's requirement that a US President's parents must also be natural born US citizens. President Obama's father has never been a US citizen. He is a Kenyan Muslim. The reason for the Constitution's Natural Born Citizen clause should be obvious. Americans need to ensure that our president's allegiance is to the United States alone and no other foreign government. We have here a rogue president still in command in the White House and everyone is at risk. Although he denies being a Muslim, his official school record with the Fransiskus Assisi School in Jakarta, Indonesia, lists Obama as Indonesian, not American, and his faith as Muslim, not Christian. When and how did President Obama get rid of his Indonesian citizenship and become a natural born US citizen? The Constitution's Natural Citizen clause does not allow for duel citizenship either. Right now there is also something else that should ring in the ears of all Americans, "The United States is not and will never be at war with Islam." This statement was made during his first presidential visit to Turkey. That sounds very contradictory, especially in light of the fact that right now more than a dozen CIA spies stand to be killed by the Islamic governments of Turkey and Iran. Put an Indonesian with Muslim tendencies in the White House, born from a devout Kenyan Islamist, and anything can happen...Again, this is why we have the Natural Born Citizen clause, which is currently being ignored by the Obama administration, along with at least a number of other articles of the Constitution. The wisest man to have ever lived, King Solomon, once said, "When you sit to eat with a ruler (or president), consider carefully what is before you" Proverbs 23:1. We can apply this principle while contemplating which upcoming presidential candidate should "eat with us" next.

Saudi woman caught driving. Lashings are severe torture and leave scarring.

Commentary: BBC News published an article on 9/27/11 titled "Saudi woman to be lashed for defying driving ban." The article stated: A court in Saudi Arabia has sentenced a woman to 10 lashes for breaking the country's ban on female drivers. The woman identified only as Shema was found guilty of driving in Jeddah in July. Two other women are due to appear in court later this year on similar charges, correspondents say. Lashings are carried out commonly in Saudi Arabia with whips or canes and the effects are very brutal. Beheadings as a form of capital punishment are also common in Muslim countries. Jesus had a few words to say about such hypocracy: "Woe unto you, scribes (lawgivers) and Pharisees (religious rulers)! You are like white sepulchers, which indeed appear beautiful on the outside, but are full of dead men's bones and all uncleanness within" Matthew 23:27. The UN's hypocracy is right in line with Bible prophecy. The Bible tells us that the upcoming Antichrist's dictatorial government will decapitate people, if they refuse to take a mark to buy or sell, "...I saw the souls of those who were beheaded for the witness of Jesus and for the Word of God, and which had not worshiped the beast, neither his image, neither received his mark on their foreheads or in their hands..." Revelation 20:4. It is coming...

Commentary: Jesus's disciples asked him what the signs of His return would be and Jesus narrated many things that would take place in these last days as signs of His return in chapter 24 of Matthew. Verse 7 tells about the turmoil throughout nations, such as we have right now, the famines, such as are happening in Africa and Asia, and earthquakes in various places, such as are occurring at a drastically increased number even just since last year (see graph below). "Nation will rise against nation, kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines, pestilences and earthquakes in various places" Matthew 24:7.

Arutz Sheva by Tzvi Ben Gedalyahu (excerpts): Jordan's King Abdullah visited Ramallah for the first time in 11 years on Monday - two days before Abbas and Hamas are to renew a unity government. The king did not state the reason for his visit, other than to declare his support for the establishment of the Palestinian Authority as a state and his opposition to a Jewish presence in all of the land claimed by the PA. The monarch is faced with a brewing civil war on his border with Syria and growing descent by Bedouin and Arabs in Jordan who claim Israel as their homeland. He may be worried about the prospect of Hamas returning to a unified Palestinian Authority government, which is conditioned on the removal of American-backed Prime Minister Salam Fayyad. Despite Abdullah's support of PA claims, a senior aide says Jordan does not consider Israel's preagreement to withdraw from Judea, Samaria and the Jordan Valley a condition for the renewal of direct talks between PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas and Israel. Abbas has frozen talks for more than two years because of his demand and the king's rare visit may have been timed with the visit of US Deputy Secretary of State William Burns, who met with Abbas Sunday night, and is to talk with Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu on Monday, as the Obama administration continues to struggle to revive the long dead diplomatic process. A unity government of the Fatah faction headed by Abbas, and Hamas, would be another nail in the American diplomatic coffin.
Commentary: These alliances have all been foretold by the prophet and king, David, "They have taken crafty council against Your people...They have consulted together with one consent; they are confederate against You. The tabernacles of Edom (modern day Jordan), the Ishmaelites, Moab (also part of Jordan), the Hagarenes (Saudi Arabia, who is also now against Israel), Gebal (Lebanon, who is against Israel), Ammon (Jordan), Amalek (Iran - against Israel), the Philistines (Gaza - against Israel) with the inhabitants of Tyre (Lebanon), Assur (Iraq - against Israel) also joined with them, they have helped the children of Lot" Psalm 83:3-8. Once these nations gather together in these last days against Israel, which is happening now, God is going to bring them together into the Kidron Vally for a great and final defeat. "It will come to pass in that day that I (the Lord) will seek to destroy all nations that come against Jerusalem" Zechariah 12:9. "I will gather all nations and bring them into the valley of Jehoshaphat (Kidron Valley) and will plead with them there for My people and for My heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations and parted My land" Joel 3:2.

Examiner.com (excerpts): Within the past week, 91 whales have died from two mass strandings in New Zealand and Australia, despite rescue efforts by wildlife authorities. On the South Island of New Zealand at a location known as Farewell Split, 65 pilot whales perished; while at Ocean Beach, Tasmania, two minke whales and 24 sperm whales died.
Commentary: It is very rare for mass strandings to occur in this manner (eu.wikipedia.org). Scientists do not know the reason for these and other strandings and there is much speculation. Nevertheless, regardless of the reasons presumed, mass animal and fish deaths were foretold by the prophet Hosea concerning the last days, "The land will mourn and everyone that dwells in it will languish, with the beasts of the field, the fowls of heaven, yes, the fishes of the sea will also be taken away" Hosea 4:3.

Israel is always hospitable, but they are certainly not naive. Debka: Kenyan Prime Minister Raila Odinga ended his visit to Israel this week, with a promise from President Shimon Peres and Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu to help establish a new alliance to combat the spread of fundamentalist Islam into the predominantly Christian African nations Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, and South Sudan. Their combined populations total 138 million. Israel agrees to supply drones, fast naval boats and electronic surveillance equipment to help Kenya rid its territory of "Islamist elements" and counter Iranian expansion. Israel owns a strong interest in curtailing the presence in these strategic lands not only of Islamist terrorist groups, but also of Iran. It needs naval bases along the gulf of Aden and eastern Indian Ocean, where Iran has in the past year built up a naval presence close to Israel's southern border. It remains to be seen whether Israel's military assistance will help Kenya achieve this objective.

Commentary: US President Obama just visited Israel regarding the Iranian nuclear problem. How "coincidental" that his cousin is now visiting to ask for military help. It seems very inappropriate for Odinga to ask for military help at such a time as this. It appears to be an inconvenient distraction for Israel, to say the least, depending on what Odinga really has in mind. Besides that, how hypocritical is it that the leader of so many terrorist supporters is asking for help to "stop the spread of fundamentalist Islam," while Odinga's supporters are such radical terrorists they burned about 800 Christian churches in Kenya (with many Christians burned alive in them!), when Odinga lost the presidential bid there in 2008. In order to stop the terror of Odinga's supporters, the administration had to hand over the seat of Prime Minister to Odinga. This man is as fundamental Islam as you can get! His supporters killed about 1,000 people when Odinga lost the presidential race in Kenya and many of those were literally burned alive in the 800 Christian churches that were torched! This escapade is akin to the Pope asking for Israel's help to end Catholicism! I hope they aren't falling for it. Isn't it also interesting that Iran invited Odinga for talks in March 2011? (see photo below) This is Bible prophecy: "They have prepared a net for my steps; my soul is bowed down; they digged a pit before me, into which they have fallen themselves. Selah (reflect on this)" Psalm 57:6.
