7.2 earthquake causes massive collapses in Turkey.
Sky News HD: At least 217 people have been killed and hundreds more remain trapped under rubble after a powerful earthquake struck southeast Turkey. Dozens of buildings were destroyed by the 7.2 magnitude quake near the city of Van and the town of Ercis, close to the Iranian border. Tens of thousands of people rushed into the streets after the first tremor and were digging with shovels and their bare hands to free those trapped. US scientists recorded over 100 aftershocks in eastern Turkey within 10 hours of the quake, including one with a magnitude of 6.0. Authorities advised people to stay away from damaged homes, warning they could collapse in the aftershocks. Interior minister Idris Naim Sahin said at least 100 people were killed in Van, 117 others died in Ercis, and around 1090 were injured. Officials estimate the death toll could rise to 1,000, as many people remain unaccounted for. Deputy Prime Minister Besir Atalay said, "Around 10 buildings have collapsed in the city of Van and around 25 or 30 have collapsed in Ercis, including a dormitory." Around 1,275 rescue teams from 38 provinces have been sent to the region, officials said, and troops were also assisting search and rescue efforts. In Ercis, heavy machinery was halted and people were told to stay quiet, as rescuers listened out for sounds within the rubble. Residents lit campfires to keep warm as the spent the night outdoors, while others took refuge in tents set up in a sports stadium. A nurse at a public hospital said hospital workers were treating the wounded in the hospital garden because the building was badly damaged. International offers of aid poured in from NATO, China, Japan, the US, Azerbaijan, European countries and Israel. Mr. Erdogan thanked the governments who had offered help, but said Turkey could handle the disaster relief efforts without assistance. Foreign Secretary William Hague said, "The earthquake in eastern Turkey has caused immense destruction, resulting in terrible loss of life. I send my deepest condolences to the friends and loved ones of those who have died or have been affected. My thoughts are with those who are anxiously awaiting news from the rescue efforts. The UK is ready to provide assistance, in line with any request from the Turkish authorities. We stand with Turkey at this difficult time."
Commentary: This is very tragic and many are suffering in Turkey right now. We need to pray for their relief, as well as the condition of their souls. God loves them; He loves us all, and wants all to come to repentance. I was very surprised, in the wake of Turkey's recent alignment with Gaza and threats against Israel, that Israel extended their offer of help in Turkey's time of need. This is the typical response of Israel, even to his enemies. Turkey has been issuing threats against Israel and I am not surprised by their sudden shaking. The Word of God tells us, regarding Israel: "I will bless those who bless you, and curse those who curse you, and in you (Israel) all the families of the earth will be blessed" Genesis 12:3.

Since the 7.2 magnitude earthquake hit Eastern Turkey at 10:41:21 UTC today, four other sizable earthquakes have hit Eastern Turkey today, as follows: a 5.6 at 10:56:50 UTC; another 5.6 quake at 11:32:41 UTC; a 5.1 at 18:10:46 UTC; then this 6.0 quake at 20:45:37. A total of 5 today!
Commentary: Turkey is being shaken like a rattle right now. If you examine the graph above, you can clearly see that the increase in earthquakes just since last year is unheard of! I can tell you most certainly that line is ever increasing still, with the most recent activity, and climbs like never before in recorded history. We have always had earthquakes, and when Jesus said in Matthew 24:7 that there would be earthquakes in various places, He didn't insinuate this would be something new, but rather the earthquakes would be notable. They are certainly notable at this time, unlike we have ever seen! The reason Jesus foretold of the events recorded in Matthew 24, was so that we would know when His return is near. He said, "When you see all these things (the things recorded in Matthew 24, that He said were indicators of His return), understand that it is near, even at the doors" Matthew 24:33. Commentary: Five major (>5.9) earthquakes have hit the world in the last six days! This is phenomenal. Jesus said, "Nation will rise against nation, kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines, pestilences and earthquakes in various places" Matthew 24:7. Yes, we have always had earthquakes, but throughout the history of the world, we have never experienced great earthquakes of this magnitude with this frequency. Get Ready for the Muslim Invasion:
CanadaFreePress (excerpts): President Barack Hussein Obama, in a determination letter to Congress, has announced that he will allow an additional 80,000 immigrants - mostly from Islamic countries - to resettle in the United States during fiscal year 2011. Mr. Obama says that the increase in Muslim immigrants "is justified by humanitarian concerns or is otherwise in the national interest." The following goals for the new immigrants:
Africa: 15,000 (that's where they are chopping off a lot of Christian heads [see article below])
East Asia: 19,000 (that's were three Christian girls were beheaded by Muslims on their way to school)
Europe and Central Asia: 2,000 (Britain is already in a sad state of affairs, with 85 sharia courts now, and there are beheadings all over Central Asia)
Latin America/Carribean: 5,500 (there are 6 million Muslims in Latin America/? Caribbean)
Near East/South Asia: 35,500 (there are about 1 billion Muslims in Asia, with plenty of beheadings)
Unallocated Reserve: 3,000 (your guess as good as mine)
Refugee Resettlement Watch and other organizations have expressed grave concern that Mr. Obama is allowing so many immigrants into the country, while so many Americans remain out of work and living in poverty. According to the US Department of Labor 14.8 million Americans remain unemployed.
Commentary: I find it very interesting, considering the vast number of Muslims killing Christians throughout the Middle East, Asia and Africa, that President Obama isn't authorizing the immigration-asylum of Christians facing gruesome beheadings and other horrific treatment by Muslims in other countries for "humanitarian concerns" and "national interest!" Here in the US, we are suffering attacks such as "911" and trying to fend off other Muslim attacks throughout the nation, and Obama is bringing in more Muslims! Why do you suppose that is? He is a MUSLIM!
The above article was actually posted in the Canada Free Press on October 22, 2010, but I thought it pertinent to give it an anniversary rerun, since it affected us this year, in 2011. I also thought it matched up very well with the beheadings posted below, since that's where we are headed. Sorry, but the Bible predicted this would happen over 2,000 years ago, and there will be many, many more beheadings. "And he caused all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond to receive a mark in their right hand or forehead; that no man might buy or sell, except those who had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding count the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man and his number is six hundred, sixty-six" Revelation13:16-18. "And I saw thrones and those who sat upon them and judgment was given unto them; and I saw the souls of those who were beheaded for the witness of Jesus and for the Word of God, and who had not worshiped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark on their foreheads or in their hands, and they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years" Revelation 20:4. * According to an article posted in USA Today, "Number of US Muslims to Double," dated 1/27/11, by Cathy Lynn Grossman, the Muslim population will exceed one-quarter of the world's population by 2030 (assuming we are to be here that long).

Compass Direct News (excerpts): Islamic Extremists in Somalia behead 17-year-old Christian. Al Shabaab militants monitored home Bible studies of boy's family.
Nairobi, Kenya, October 19 (CDN): Militants from the Islamic extremist al Shabaab beheaded a 17-year-old Somali Christian near Mogadishu last month, a journalist in the Somali capital told Compass. The militants, who have vowed to rid Somalia of Christianity, killed Guled Jama Muktar on September 25 in his home near Deynile, about 20 kilometers (12 miles) from Mogadishu. The Islamic extremist group had been monitoring his family since the Christians arrived in Somalia from Kenya in 2008, said the source in Mogadishu, who requested anonymity. The Islamic militants, who are fighting the transitional government for control of the country, knew from their observations of the family that they were Christians, the source said. "I personally know this family as Christians, who used to have secret Bible meetings in their house," he said. Based on talks with the boy's parents and their neighbors, the source said al Shabaab members arrived at Muktar's home at 6 am, when his parents, whose names are withheld for security reasons, were already at work at their retail space at the Harmarweyne market on the outskirts of Mogadishu. The extremists found Muktar as he was preparing to go to school, he said. The neighbors heard screaming coming from the house, and then it immediately stopped, the source said. After a while, they saw a white car leaving the homestead. The neighbors informed the parents, who hurriedly returned home from their market stall. They buried their son's body quickly, fearing the militants would kill them as well, returned to their market space and then fled to an unknown destination, the source said. When the incident happened, the parents called to tell me that their son had been killed and that they feared for their lives, the source said. "Since then, I have not heard from them."
On the outskirts of Hudur City in Bakool region in southwestern Somalia, a kidnapped Christian convert from Islam, was found decapitated on September 2. Juma Nuradin Kamil was forced into a car by three suspected Islamic extremists from the al Shabaab terrorist group on August 21, area sources said. After members of his community thoroughly combed the area looking for him, one of them found Kamil's body at 2 pm on September 2, dumped on a street. A Christian who saw Kamil's body said it bore the marks of an al Shabaab killing, according to a leader in Somalia's underground church who lives in another city. With estimates of al Shabaab's size ranging from 3,000 - 7,000, the insurgents seek to impose a strict version of sharia (Islamic law), but the government in Mogadishu fighting to retain control of the country treats Christians little better than the al Shabaab extremists do. While proclaiming himself a moderate, President Shiekh Sharif Sheik Ahmed has embraced a version of sharia that mandates the death penalty for those who leave Islam.

Commentary: Muslims beheaded a 9-YEAR-OLD child and his family in Somalia. The article is located on Jihadwatch.com. I didn't open it, because it includes graphics and quite frankly, my nerves can't stand it, especially when such a heinous act is committed against an innocent child. I posted an article on this site dated 10/19/11 "Obama Chases Down A 'Christian' Militant..." and I think you will find that very interesting reading. In summary, these militant Muslims are beheading people all over the place, especially in Africa (and they don't just quickly slice the head off with a sharpened sword - they slowly saw the head off with a blade to enhance pain and suffering), and they are blocking water and food from aid groups to the starving in Ethiopia and Kenya; but once again, President Obama is sending US troops to hunt down a "Christian" militant in Central Africa. Mind you, the "Christian" militant is not cutting people's heads off viciously, nor is he blocking water and food to the dying, but President Barack Hussein Obama (a Muslim by the way) has gone chasing after a rouge "Christian" militant somewhere in Central Africa. Getting back on topic, these vicious dogs have posted videos on the internet of their 12-year-old Muslim child militant cutting a man's head off, which they are very proud to show you. These Muslim children are taught how to viciously cut people's heads off who don't worship the same god as they do from a very small child; how sick is that! "Beware of dogs, beware of evil workers, beware of the concision" Philippians 3:2. "It is a shame even to speak of those things which are done by them in secret" Ephesians 5:12.

Commentary: As you can see from the graph above, the number of earthquakes has escalated more than 100% since last year! This is outrageous and extreme, compared to all of the historical activity recorded to date. I am amazed, but not really shocked, because this is more Bible prophecy being fulfilled and should be expected. The Bible says, "Nation will rise against nation, kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places" Matthew 24:7. We are all living on the verge of eternity right now. Everyone who has ever died has already stepped into eternity, but the rest of us are going to get there just a bit faster - think about that. What this means is that all humanity, not just those who have died, are on the brink of eternity now. The Word of God tells us that we will be judged by God according to what we have done in this body; "For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to what he has done, whether it be good or bad" 2 Corinthians 5:10. Are you living for God? By default, if you are not a servant of the Most High God, you are a servant of Satan, there is no in-between (Romans 6:16). USGS: A major 7.4 earthquake hit the Kermadec Islands region on on 10/21/11 at 17:57:16 UTC at a depth of 32.9 km (20.4 mi).Commentary: There have been three major (>5.9) earthquakes in the last four days. Many of the earthquakes throughout the world recently have hit islands, or close to them. John wrote in the Book of Revelation the things he saw in his visions about what will happen when the Lord returns, "And heaven departed like a scroll when it is rolled together and every mountain and island were removed out of their places" Revelation 6:14. The Bible also says, "The earth will reel to and fro like a drunkard and will be removed like a cottage and the transgressions of it will be heavy upon it and it will fall and not rise again" Isaiah 24:20. I would say that the earth is preparing for what is soon going to happen.

HuffingtonPost.com (excerpts): The Obama administration has decided to withdraw all US forces from Iraq by the end of the year, after failing to reach an agreement with the Iraqi government that would have left several thousand troops there for special operations and training. President Obama and Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki spoke Friday morning to cement that agreement in a scheduled telephone call. The two leaders also agreed to continue informally discussing the need for and the terms of a US military presence in Iraq into next year, people familiar with the agreement said. As a result, the only US military presence that will remain in Iraq after the end of the year will be the roughly 150 troops needed to protect the large US Embassy compound in Baghdad and its thousands of American diplomats and other personnel, as well as provide training related to new military sales and other tasks. "The rest of our troops in Iraq will come home at the end of the year," Obama said Friday at the White House.
Commentary: A political strategy to get reelection only - period. As a political maneuver during his campaign to get elected in 2008, Obama absolutely promised he would pull US troops out of Iraq, just as soon as he won the election. Well, HE RENEGED on that...until now, as it comes time for reelection! Guess how long this withdraw is going to last? You tell me what day the next presidential inauguration will take place, and I can tell you just about exactly when Obama will begin working on more wars and spending, to complete his goals to bring the US to her knees economically and complete his strategies in the Middle East. Have we had enough during the last three years? I hope so, because without change, REAL change, this great country is going down fast. Another point to ponder: With all of the upheaval and terrorism going on in the Middle East right now and with there still being a great number of radical Muslim terrorists in Iraq, no one in their right mind would leave a single diplomat or a tiny faction of American troops behind in Iraq when our troops do pull out. "Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people" Proverbs 14:34. "As a roaring lion and a raging bear, so is a wicked ruler over poor people" Proverbs 28:15. We need a God-fearing man in the White House, not a liar, or one with a Marxist-socialist agenda.

"I hear your mother was asking about evolution, and you know, it's a theory that's out there," Perry told the boy. "It's got some gaps in it, but in Texas we teach both creationism and evolution in our public schools, because I figure you're smart enough to figure out which one is right."
Commentary: Notable mathematicians have concluded that evolution is, in fact, a mathematical impossibility (read the article below for more information); and if you read the article below, you know what happened to Madalyn O'Hair (she died a horrible death - dismembered and murder) and what is happening to kids throughout the US today. If you are fed up with ungodly socialists taking over the US, I would encourage you to vote for Rick Perry. At least he may be able to help see to it that God gets equal time in this nation, without atheists cramming lying, damnable heresies down the children's throats all day long. Mrs. Obama was speaking on the south lawn of the White House at a reception to honor schools that met the goals of the US Department of Agriculture's Healthier US School Challenge (HUSSC). The USDA website describes HUSSC as a voluntary initiative established in 2004 to recognize those schools participating in the National School Lunch program that have created healthier school environments through promotion of nutrition and physical activity. The program has since been rolled into Mrs. Obama's "Let's Move!" initiative. Commentary: After reading this article, I decided I had better use this opportunity to remind us all about how one atheistic "militant-type" mother, Madalyn Murray O'Hair, was successful in getting God and prayer kicked out of our public schools. If Christians had taken just as great a stand against her across the nation, most of America's children wouldn't be in the condition they're in today: drug addictions, rampant teen pregnancies, rebellious, unruly, temperamental, disobedient and running wild. I'm not speaking about every American kid, but most are in one category or another here. Compare today's children with the children of the 60s: obedient, respectful, considerate, polite versus disobedient, disrespectful, inconsiderate, mean and bullying. What has happened to the children? Madalyn Murray O'Hair and the public school system for a couple of things. Madalyn Murray O'Hair was a vile woman, finding it difficult not to cuss like a drunken sailor in public whenever she was opposed by someone. By the way, did you know that Madalyn Murray O'Hair and two of her children died very gruesome deaths; they were dismembered and murdered horrifically. Do you find it coincidence that her third child, one who parted from the family to become a Christian, didn't suffer such a death with the other three? Well then, I suppose nothing could convince you; not God, not His Holy Word, not His ministers. I will leave you with one last thought. Public schools still teach evolution, even though prominent British scientists, have proven that evolution is a mathematical impossibility, even if you want to believe we evolved from monkeys. British mathematician, Fred Hoyle, wrote that 2,000 different and very complex enzymes are required for a living organism to exist. Then, he added, that not a single one of these could be formed at random, shuffling processes in even 20 billion years. Mathematically, our existence here on earth is comparable to winning a million dollar lottery a million times in a row, or akin to placing a monkey at a keyboard to have him type for 5 billion years (assuming he never dies). What do you think the chances are that the monkey will type out the entire collection of the Encyclopedia Brittanica, volumes A - Z, in their exact order with no spelling errors? The chances of that happening are better than evolution ever happening. Yet these Godless, infidels want to mold our children? These Godless people who are teaching antiquated theories about how we came into existence shouldn't be in charge of our children's minds for a day! A number of acclaimed astrophysicists have come to realize, after studying the cosmos and coming to new revelations about the universe, that intelligent design is the only answer to our existence.
