Aljazeera: Since Friday, more than 270,000 people across Guizhou province have been affected by floods. Flash floods triggered by heavy rains have killed at least 21 people and left 31 others missing, while wreaking havoc in southwest China, according to state TV. About 45, 000 residents in Guizhou province's Wangmo County have been evacuated since flood waters started inundating the area on Monday, the Xinhua news agency said on Wednesday, citing local officials. Another 3,000 people remained stranded across Wangmo County, according to the reports. The deluge has toppled 300 homes and left 2,400 submerged, while 5,500 hectares (1 hectare/~ 2.5 acres) of farmland were under water. The county's army has been drafted in to clear the debris and help with rescue efforts and evacuations. The flooding also disrupted power and water supplies and telecommunication services in several towns in Wangmo County, which has a population of 8m. It said the floods destroyed roads and bridges and washed away more than 500 vehicles. The floods have prevented about 6,000 students from attending school on Tuesday. More rain was forecast for Wednesday in most parts of the province.

Liberty County, Texas - Authorities are investigating the discovery of up to 30 bodies in Liberty County, Texas, local media reported Tuesday. KPRC TV and other local media said the bodies were found at a property in Hull, an unincorporated community in Liberty County, not far from the City of Hardin. The reports said there were approximately 30 bodies at the property, many of them children. The Liberty County Sheriff's Office did not immediately comment on the reports, but the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) confirmed it was assisting local authorities.
My Comments: The Bible tells us that, "In the last days, perilous times will come" II Timothy 3:1. I remember as a child in the 60s, our family and neighbors used to leave their doors unlocked frequently. Children used to be able to go outside and play without fear of being kidnapped, tortured and killed. Times have become so evil that, according to FBI statistics, there are as many as 50 unnamed serial killers (who kill three or more people over long periods of time) loose in the United States at any given time, which does not account for mass murderers or one-time killers. There are a lot of heartless, ruthless, unconscionable people running loose all around us, and you can never be too careful about watching your children and praying over them daily. Christ said in Matthew 24:12, "Because iniquity will abound (speaking of the end times) the love of many will turn cold." Children are being raised by parents who beat them, abuse them, do not show them love, or teach them much of any kind of moral standards in the world today; most importantly, children are not being raised to fear and serve the Lord. Many of the youth today are terrorizing one another, and even killing one another in the streets, or possibly at school. For all intents and purposes, man could have learned from mistakes, become wise, and learned how to live peaceably with all mankind; but the reason Jesus said that "iniquity will abound" is He knew, being the Son of God, that men would not honor God and they would become very evil, "Ever learning, but never able to come to the knowledge of truth," II Timothy 3:7. Men can't become wise and save themselves from corruption, because much of the world's population refuses to retain God in their knowledge, or honor God for who He is. "Because they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient," Romans 1:28. Fact: people who refuse to honor and serve God might gain degrees or even become renowned in this world, but they are still foolish because they don't know God, the source of all true wisdom. Another fact: Ted Bundy was a law student and intelligent, in a worldly sense. The most prolific serial killer, who was never caught, and who is believed to have been a surgeon, was "Jack the Ripper." The manner in which he cut and dismembered women was said to be that of a "skilled surgeon." There you have it. Many known serial killers have been "intelligent," but truly how intelligent is becoming a murderer? I'll go further than that, many, many Godless people in this world, who are highly intelligent, are going to actually burn in hell fire for eternity after this life for their rejection of God; now how intelligent is that? I think we can all agree now: everyone without God is stupid, no matter how educated or otherwise capable.

Israel Today: The mass Arab march on Israeli borders scheduled for Sunday was largely a dud, but nearly two dozen Syrians were reportedly killed while trying to infiltrate the Golan Heights, reported Syrian media. It was apparently more difficult than expected to convince the Arab masses to gather and assault Israel's borders. According to the Syrian opposition, the regime in Damascus paid poor farmers $1,000 to cross into Israeli territory and harass the Israeli army. Any who were killed in the stunt were promised $25,000 to their families. The Reform Party of Syria wrote on its official website that Syrian farmers make less than $200 a month, so many were tempted by the offer. And if Syrian government media is to be believed, at least 23 paid with their lives for accepting the bribe. Israeli army officials noted that very few of the Syrian demonstrators were actually injured or killed by Israeli gunfire and most were the victims of the minefields stretching along the border region. The minefields are clearly marked. The Reform Party of Syria was furious with the regime of dictator Bashar Assad for sending the poor farmers to their deaths and accused the government of trying to create a diversion to take international focus off of the bloody pro-democracy uprising taking place in Syria. Thousands of Syrians demanding democratic freedoms have been massacred by government forces.
My Comments: Syria is one of the Arab nations that Barack Obama and leaders of the other G8 nations want to give $40 billion dollars to; yes $40 billion. Okay, this is the way it is: America is bankrupt and our president wants to pitch in to help give $40 billion dollars to Syria and other Arab nations that are terrorizing Israel (and who want to terrorize America). I suppose they figure the governments need help passing out those 1-25K bonuses to the poor impoverished people in those countries willing to give their very lives to terrorize the people they hate, Israel (America too, if they get the chance).

Israel Today: Just as Israelis feared, US President Barack Obama's "vision" of pushing Israel back to its 1967 borders has become the basis for international peace efforts in the Middle East. Last week, France offered to host renewed peace talks based on the "Obama vision." Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas accepted the French proposal over the weekend, even though it would likely end his campaign to unilaterally declare a Palestinian state at the UN in September. According to the Bethlehem based Palestinian news agency Ma'an, Abbas and his advisors have realized that the UN statehood bid is a dead end, as the US will never allow the motion to pass the Security Council; but it appears just the threat of taking such unilateral action has paid off. A former advisor to US presidents on Middle East issues said that Obama's "1967 borders" policy speech was an astounding and unprecedented adoption of Arab positions regarding the peace process with Israel. If Obama's stated conditions are to become the starting point for new negotiations, Abbas has gained far more than he would have at the UN. However, Abbas will now have to contend with his new government partners in Hamas, who called his acceptance of the French proposal "hasty and misguided." Hamas sees no point in negotiations with Israel based on the 1967 border, or otherwise, as the group remains dedicated to seeing a Palestinian state fully replace Israel. Concerned about seeing Israel further isolated, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Sunday Israel too is positively examining the French proposal. Netanyahu did, however, raise reservations Paris's plan to reach an agreement on borders before broaching the topic of "Palestinian refugees." During his visit to Washington last month, Netanyahu was widely seen as schooling Obama after the latter pushed the idea of returning to the 1967 borders. Netanyahu, like most Israelis, view the 1967 borders as indefensible and is not prepared to uproot all Jewish life in Judea and Samaria (the so-called "West Bank," nor to sever the Jews' ancient claims to those lands.
My Comments: I never thought I would see the day when insane, possessed people can rant and rave in the streets, threaten to annihilate the Jews and Israel, kill and decapitate people in the streets, scream "death to Israel and death to America," literally burn churches and Christians; then to see "diplomats" throughout the world say, "Let us give you money, let us help you take land from these Jews and Israel, let us work with you against Israel." This is diabolical and insane! Since when can civilized people negotiate with maniacs? I have to say that Canada's Prime Minister, Stephen Harper, was the only level-headed sane member of the latest G-8 meeting who stood for Israel. He pronounced boldly during that meeting that Israel should not be pressed to return to the 1967 indefensible borders. I was so thankful to God that there was one who stood strongly for Israel, and Canada will be blessed by God for doing so. I sent him an email thanking and praising him for doing so; I encourage you to do the same (pm.gc.ca). I guarantee you that if Mexicans or Canadians were chanting, "death to America" and they were burning churches (and Americans inside the churches), and if they were decapitating Americans in Mexico and Canada, and they repeatedly said they wanted to kill all Americans and take over America and run us into the ocean, there is no way Americans would want to divide their land with these insane maniacs! Why do you suppose so many people think Israel should move over and let these violent manics have more land? I suppose just because they are Jews and there is still so much hatred against Jews in the world, everyone acts like there's nothing wrong with this scenario. I can only come up with one conclusion. The Word of God says that, "Straight is the gate and narrow is the way which leads to life and there are few that find it" Matthew 7:14. The Bible also says, "Because they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind" Romans 1:28. In summary, this means that most of the world is going to hell because they refuse to even acknowledge God or His will for their lives, and most of the world has become reprobate. If you are reading this article and you don't want to go to hell and you don't want to be reprobate in your mind, in other words INSANE and unable to think straight, you need to make certain you are saved and following God's will for your life. The second thing is, the Bible says you cannot be an enemy of Israel and please God, or even be saved. Let me say it plainly, if you hate Israel, you are going to hell. This proves my point: Genesis 12:3 says, "I will bless those who bless you and CURSE those who curse you (speaking of Israel)." You can't get any plainer than that!
Just look at the photo above. One of the irrational, violent, insane, reprobate people that Obama is supporting is putting some type of honorable thing around his neck. Well, I hope he enjoys it very much while he can, because unless he changes his current course and repents, he is going to hell and he can't take it with him.

Israel Today: The Israeli army was busy readying itself this week for a pan-Arab assault on Israel's borders scheduled for Sunday. Two weeks ago, Arabs from Lebanon, Syria and Gaza marched on Israel's borders in an effort to infiltrate the Jewish state en masse. They were marking Nakba Day - the day of catastrophe when Israel was born as a nation-state. The Nakba Day demonstrations saw at least 100 Syrians cross into the Golan Heights, where many clashed with Israeli soldiers. The upcoming demonstration will mark "Naksa Day," the day of the setback, the anniversary of the start of the Six Day War in 1967. Demonstrations are planned for Sunday and Tuesday. Sunday, which is the actual anniversary of the war, is expected to see the largest confrontations. Israeli forces are determined that there will be no border breaches this time, and that the Arabs will not score a public relations victory by baiting the IDF into killing demonstrators. Israeli soldiers have been ordered to first shout for the demonstrators to halt if they approach the border. If the demonstrators continue to advance, the Israelis will fire warning shots in the air. If that doesn't work, the soldiers are authorized to direct nonlethal fire at the demonstrators' lower extremities. Reports out of Lebanon suggest that some 100,000 may participate in Sunday's march; but the Lebanese army has also suggested it will not allow any of them to reach the border.
My Comments: Glenn Beck is correct in his assessment of the fact that the Arabs are "setting up" Israel. The Arabs plan such events in order to report negative news publications against Israelis. They seek to gain the world's sympathy and, bottom line, their support against Israel. These Arabs are violent and have no right to cross Israel's borders for any reason. Many of these are militants, ready to attack Israelis for their own unjustifiable religious purposes. Jesus said His coming would be near when these events take place, "When you see Jerusalem compassed with armies, know that the 'desolation' is near" Luke 21:20. The Bible tells us that before the return of Christ, Jerusalem will be compassed with armies and there will be war and desolation (Daniel 8:13 and Ezekiel 38) and the earth will be "shaken." In this passage, Ezekiel 38:20, I don't believe the Lord is referring to an actual earthquake as He says, "the fishes of the sea and the fouls of the heaven and the beasts of the field, and all creeping things that creep upon the earth and all men that are on the face of the earth shall shake at my presence..." In fact, even before the appearing of the Lord, I believe we are seeing a prelude to this by the massive deaths of birds and fish, as well as other catastrophes that are currently "shaking" the earth. We are nearing the end of the age and the return of the Lord, and one of the telling signs is what we are seeing right now in the Middle East; this is the center of last days prophecies. Fox News: House votes 268-145 to pass Speaker Boehner's resolution rebuking President Obama for military action against Libya without congressional approval.
My Comments: Apparently we aren't under tyranny yet! The House of Representatives openly rebuked President Obama for taking military action without the approval of Congress. Of course, what can we all expect from a rouge president, who sits in the White House illegally in the first place? The next step should be to get him out of there and get a legitimate president in office. The Muslim's Mahdi (the Antichrist) is not ruling the world yet!

Reuters: Assisted suicide advocate, Jack Kevorkian, known as "Dr. Death" for helping more than 100 people end their lives, died early Friday at age 83. Kevorkian died at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan, where he had been hospitalized for about two weeks with kidney and heart problems, said Mayer Morganroth, Kevorkian's attorney and friend. "Kevorkian, recently found to have liver cancer, died from a pulmonary embolism," said Neal Nicole, a longtime friend who aided him in nearly all of his 130 admitted suicides. Some viewed him as a hero who allowed the terminally ill to die with dignity, while his harshest critics reviled him as a cold-blooded killer who preyed on those suffering from chronic pain and depression. Most of his clients were middle-aged women. Kevorkian launched his assisted-suicide campaign in 1990, allowing an Alzheimer's patient to kill herself using a machine he devised that enabled her to trigger a lethal drug injection. He was charged with first degree murder in the case, but the charges were later dismissed. Fiery and unwavering in his cause, Kevorkian made a point of thumbing his nose at lawmakers, prosecutors and judges, as he accelerated his campaign through the 1990s, using various methods, including carbon monoxide gas. Often Kevorkian would drop off bodies at hospitals late at night, or leave them in motel rooms where the assisted suicides took place. He beat Michigan prosecutors four times before his conviction for second degree murder in 1999, after a CBS News program aired a video of him administering lethal drugs to a 52-year-old man suffering from debilitating amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, or Lou Gehrig's disease. Kevorkian was imprisoned for eight years. As a condition of his parole in 2007, he promised not to assist in any more suicides. Kevorkian appealed to leave prison early due to his poor health, but said he did not consider himself a candidate for assisted suicide. Doctor assisted "suicide" essentially became law in Oregon in 1997 and in Washington State in 2009. The practice of doctors writing prescriptions to help terminally ill patients kill themselves was ultimately upheld as legal by the US Supreme Court.
My Comments: Exodus 20:13, "Thou shalt not kill." There is no scripture in the Bible that says people cannot seek pain relief and there are many forms of pain relief in the world. God specifically commanded us "not to kill." A lot of people still would like to dictate to others what they can use for pain medication and what they cannot use. There are powerful mega-drugs that doctors prescribe to patients who suffer pain, which actually do a lot of harm to the body, but which are widely accepted because they are "prescribed by doctors." On the other hand, some natural sources, such as marijuana, are agents some feel more comfortable using because it is much much less harmful to the body than many prescribed drugs. Marijuana is now prescribed too, but because so many young people have abused it, many would say that it is "the devil's brew." I would never venture to judge someone regarding what type of pain relief they use. Unless you are a chronic sufferer, you have no idea why people need, must have, pain relief. The Bible says, "Do you have faith? Have it to yourself before God. Happy is he that condemns not himself in the thing which he allows" Romans 14:22. There doesn't seem to be any doubt why the Spirit spoke expressly that a person should keep their faith to themselves if they allow themselves to receive something that is controversial. This scripture is definitely not condemnatory to the partaker, but it is obvious that we are not to offend those who are weak in the faith and often judgmental of others. I find it interesting that this Jack Kevorkian didn't think himself to be a candidate of his own "murder-suicide."

BBC News: More than 60 people were killed in Syria as thousands of anit-government protesters took to the streets after Friday prayers, rights activists say. At least 53 people were believed to have died when security forces fired on a crowd of about 50,000 people in the central city of Hama. Some accounts put the death toll at more than 100. The opposition had dedicated the day to children killed during the uprising. The army meanwhile continued its assault on the central town of Rastan. Scores have been killed in the past few days as troops and tanks attempted to quell protests there. At least two civilians died on Friday, the local coordination committees said. Since early this morning there has been extensive bombardment with heavy and medium gunfire, using tanks, armored vehicles and automatic machine gunfire. A Rastan resident told BBC Arabic on Friday. There was also random shelling and there were snipers widespread on all the rooftops of the government buildings. State television said about 80 security personnel had been wounded. Reports from Syria are hard to verify independently, as foreign journalists are not being allowed into the country. On Thursday, US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said President Bashar-al-Assad's legitimacy had "nearly run out." She said the US had done all it could to exert pressure on Syria, but she lamented the lack of a strong, united international response. Human rights groups say more than 1,100 people have been killed since pro-democracy demonstrations began in mid-March. Organizers of the protest have tried to give each week a theme and this latest day was dubbed the "Friday of the Children of Freedom," reports BBCs Jim Muir in Beirut. It comes at the end of a week when the UN Children's Fund (Unicef) highlighted the death of at least 30 young people so far. The week has also seen a 13-year-old boy from the south, Hamza al-Khatib, emerge as the unofficial icon of the Syrian revolution. Activists said he had been tortured to death by security forces - something the authorities have denied. Security forces opened fire on the protesters in Hama's old quarter and the nearby Assi square, activists said, killing at least 53 people. Several hundred others were also wounded, they said. " The firing began from rooftops on the demonstrators. I saw scores of people falling in Assi square and the streets and alleyways branching out; blood was everywhere," one witness told Reuters News Agency. "It looked to me as if hundreds of people have been injured, but I was in a panic and wanted to find cover," he said. Hama was the scene of a brutal crackdown in 1982 ordered by Hafez al-Assad, the president's late father, which left at least 10,000 dead. There have also been reports that the internet service had been cut in several parts of the country, apparently to prevent activists from uploading footage of the protests and repression. US firm Renesys confirmed the outage and said two-thirds of all Syrian networks were unavailable.
My Comments: These Muslim nations are all in bloody uproar and unrest. We have factions here who want to integrate Sharia laws into our judicial system. I'm sure you have heard of "the New World Order rising." "Shutting down the internet" sounds familiar. This administration last year received approval in the US Senate, by way of the "kill switch" bill, to shut the internet down for as long as four months, without Congressional oversight, despite outcry that this legislation could kill free speech. I am of the opinion that if people want dictators, if people want to be oppressed, if people want Sharia law - whereby a thief gets his hand cut off and women suffer "honor killings" on a regular basis, these people can all go to Egypt (where they are burning churches and Christians) and to Syria (where the people are shot and killed in the streets during "friendly" protests, etc, etc.) I appreciate the freedom we have in America. It is time America wake up and posture themselves to defend our rights and freedoms, because they are soon to evaporate, if we don't. We need to pray that the Lord stays the "iron fist" of socialism until we, His people, are gone. We already know what will happen in the world after the rapture of the saints of God, "He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand or in their foreheads" Revelation 13:16. Have you noticed that while all of these Muslim nations are suffering outrageous violence on a consistent basis, President Obama wants to give these people our tax dollars, which we really don't have because the nation is bankrupt? How crazy and insane is that? I Corinthians 3:19, "The wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He takes the wise in their own craftiness." I Corinthians 1:20, "Where is the wise? Where is the scribe? Where is the disputer of this world? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?"
