News VideosWeirld.com: Last December, Russian Astronomer Leonid Elenin discovered a previously unknown comet. This comet has been named C/2010X1, or more commonly referred to as Comet Elenin. The discovery of this comet is exciting, yet unsettling at the same time. Exciting in the fact that there are many, many bodies in the solar system that we have yet to discover, unsettling in the fact that it was just a few short months ago. The current project path puts Comet Elenin at within .24 Au (Astronomical Units - distance of the Earth to the Sun is 1 Au) of Earth. In comparison, the Hale-Bopp Comet of 1997 closest pass to the Earth was 1.315 Au. Needless to say, this should be a very bright comet in the night sky. Why hasn't the media reported much about Comet Elenin? The media has always published large news articles about found comets. Is it because Elenin is going to be coming a little too close for comfort and they don't want to incite panic? The fact of the matter is, Comet Elenin may hit the Earth. I am not trying to be an alarmist, but the possibility exists. The orbit of Elenin seems to be changing weekly. As it passes through the asteroid belts and such, it's possible that it could contact another body in space and change its orbit. When Elenin was first discovered, initially predictions had it passing about 8.8 Au from the Earth. These first calculations have changed immensely. Today the orbit calculations have Elenin coming as close as .24 to .15 Au from Earth. That is a major difference and one of the reasons why I believe the media has kept relatively quiet about it. To put it in a little perspective, the moon is only .0026 Au from Earth. As I mentioned before, the data is being recalculated daily to predict exactly how close Elenin will come. Elenin will pass through the Main Asteroid Belt and runs the risk of contacting an asteroid and changing direction. Even a subtle shift could spell disaster for Earth. The next thing we need to be aware of is the debris left behind by Elenin. Earth WILL pass through this debris tail by current calculations. It should occur around November 6, 2011. This should bring quite the light show in the night sky. Take a look at these dates to gauge when Elenin will be most visible to us: 3/15/11 alignment - sun earth comet (2.099 Au); 9/11/11 perihelion - visible with naked eye; 9/26/11 alignment - sun comet earth (.392 Au) possible tail interaction; 10/16/11 closest (.24 Au); 11/6/11 debris field; 11/22/11 alignment - sun earth comet (.586 Au); 4/21/12 debris field; 12/25/12 alignment - sun earth comet (5.242 Au). It has been calculated that Elenin's orbit around the sun and back is about 10,000 years. Kind of brings to mind the orbit of another celestial body that is talked about in many circles, Planet X, or Nibiru. Could the tales of Nibiru been related to the last time that Elenin passed by Earth? I have heard from many that claim that Comet Elenin is just a cover up for Nibiru. To focus our attention on a wondrous comet in our skies and make us less aware of the approaching brown dwarf planet with three moons known as Planet X, Nibiru. The next effect I have heard about is Comet Elenin triggering the pole shift that has been spoken of. The pole shift is when the Earth's magnetic poles move and switch. Some believe this to be a process that will take about five years. During those years, we may lose many plants and animals to solar radiation poisoning because of the weakening of the protective magnetic layer around Earth. The other school of thought is that it will happen quickly, inside of a few days, and reestablish the magnetic protective layer around the Earth. The drawback from this happening that quick is it could trigger many natural disasters from large earthquakes to volcanic eruptions and tsunamis. The gravitational pulls of the comet will assist the Earth's magnetic poles to shift. Whether we like it or not, Comet Elenin is going to pass by, or hit Earth.
My Comments: This comet, or possibly another, is bound to hit the Earth in the very near future, because the Bible predicts it: Revelation 8:10 "And the third angel sounded and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers and upon the fountains of waters." Isaiah 24:20 "The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard and shall be removed like a cottage, the transgression shall be heavy upon it and it shall fall and not rise again."

Yahoo News: More than 800 people at beaches along Florida's Atlantic coast were stung this weekend by a swarm of purple colored sea creatures, which washed up on shore en masse. CNN interviewed one local family, the Smiths, who said they'd driven three-quarters of an hour to get to Cocoa Beach, but left after five minutes when their daughter was stung. The stings cause itching, burning and rashes, similar to a bee sting, but aren't usually serious, unless the victim is allergic. Two people were taken to hospitals after suffering from respiratory problems. Thousands more, understandably spooked, stayed out of the water. Portuguese man o' war and cannonball jellyfish make relatively frequent appearances at Atlantic coast beaches, but this weekend's hoard was a different species, believed to be called mauve stingers, on account of their purplish hue.
My Comments: Acts 2:9 "I will show wonders in heaven above and signs in the earth beneath..." Peter, in Acts chapter 2, quoted that which was spoken by the prophet Joel concerning the last days, at the end of the age. It seems everyone is talking about the earthquakes jolting the earth, the pestilence and catastrophic storms hitting the nations, the fish and birds dying. It hasn't gone unnoticed by the world's population that these events, happening as frequently now as they do, and with such intensity, are not the norm and we are living in turbulent times. These events were spoken of by the prophets of old and in the New Testament scriptures. Luke 21:11 "Great earthquakes shall be in different places, and famines and pestilences, and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven." We are living in the last days. Are you ready to stand before God in judgment?

Associated Press: Moscow - An Israeli Cabinet Minister said the civilized world must take joint action to avert the Iranian nuclear threat, including a preemptive strike if necessary.
Moshe Ya'Alon: The Minister for Strategic Affairs made the statement in an interview with Russia's Interfax News Agency, which was released Monday ahead of a visit to Moscow. "We strongly hope that the entire civilized world will come to realize what threat this regime is posing and take joint action to avert the nuclear threat posed by Iran, even if it would be necessary to conduct a preemptive strike," Ya'Alon was quoted as saying by Interfax. Ya'Alon wouldn't discuss who might deal the strike, saying the entire world, not just Israel, must be concerned about the danger posed by a nuclear-armed Iran. "An Iran possessing nuclear weapons would be a threat to the entire civilized world," he was reported as saying. Ya'Alon's spokesman Ofer Harel told the Associated Press later Monday that the minister was repeating Israel's position that all options are on the table and not calling for anybody to attack Iran. Iran has insisted its nuclear program is peaceful, but the US, Israel, and many others believe it is cover for developing nuclear weapons.
My Comments: The President of Iran, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, publicly and repeatedly states he is going to "wipe Israel off the face of the map!" Ahmadinejad is a Shi'a Muslim; he hates all Jews and refuses to acknowledge the sovereignty of Israel as a nation. This man is highly volatile, full of hate for Israel, who he calls "little Satan," yet he refers to the US as "big Satan." This man walks in and out of the UN like he owns the place, yet nothing is said to him about his continued tirades against Israel. Everyone in political hierarchy of the United Nations just turns a blind eye. I believe they must all be as possessed as Ahmadinejad, to associate with him in political high places and turn a deaf ear to his menacing threats against Israel. This is a global embarrassment and reproach to all nations!

Fox News: US health officials have reported that 2011 has had the highest rate of measles since 1996, with 18 cases in the US so far. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on Tuesday released the count from January 1 through May 20. Cases were seen in 23 states. None of the patients died, but 40% were hospitalized. The US normally sees about 50 cases of measles in a year. Measles is highly contagious and up to 90% of people exposed to an infected person get sick. The virus spreads easily through the air and in closed rooms. Infected droplets can linger for up to two hours. The Associated Press contributed to this report.
My Comments: A scripture comes to mind about the events predicted in the last days, "Nation shall rise against nation, kingdom against kingdom; there shall be famines and pestilences and earthquakes in various places" Matthew 24:7.

EU Times: Earlier this month, Muslim mobs set fire to two churches, killing 12 and injuring more than 200 in Cairo, after rumors surfaced that a Christian woman married a Muslim. The deepening religious violence in Egypt added new tension to an already chaotic and lawless transition to "democracy." Mobs of ultraconservative Muslims attacked the St. Menas church in the Cairo slum of Imbaba, following rumors that a Christian woman married to a Muslim man had been abducted. Local residents said a separate mob of youths armed with knives and machetes attacked the Virgin Mary church several blocks away with firebombs. A few hundred Muslims marched through Cairo celebrating al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden and condemning the US operation that killed him. The report of the abduction of the Christian woman, sent a mob of Muslims toward the St Menas Church. Christians created a human barricade around the church and clashes erupted. Gunfire sounded across the neighborhood and witnesses said people on the rooftops nearby were firing into the crowd. Residents said Christians were hiding inside and Muslims were chanting, "With our blood and soul, we defend you Islam." Firefighters and security arrived more than a half-hour later. In the deadliest violence since Mubarak's ouster, 13 were killed in street battles, after Muslims torched a church. That violence was also triggered by rumors of a love affair between a Muslim woman and a Christian man.
My Comments: The religion of Islam is a religion of conquest. Many Muslims become extremely violent and will carry out the duty of "killing infidels" in the name of Islam. According to their faith, a Muslim man can marry a Christian woman, but Muslim women are forbidden to marry Christians. According to their holy book, a Muslim woman who marries a Christian man must be killed by her family to uphold the honor of the family. Honor killings are held on a regular basis in Islamic countries.

My Comments: G-8 nations have agreed to provide 40 billion dollars to Arab nations in order "to establish true democracies in those countries." The fact of the matter is that many former Muslims in the US and those in closer proximity to the uprisings in Egypt and Tunisia are saying that the Muslim Brotherhood is behind the fained "Arab Spring" for "democracy." Another troubling fact is that at least 90% of the populations in Arab countries are Muslims, where Sharia law is enforced, where honor killings and other forms of torture take place on a regular basis, such as having ones hand cut off for stealing, honor killings for leaving your husband or marrying the wrong person, etc. These are the nations in line to receive 40 billion dollars! For crying out loud, we might as well set up confection stands and hand out free money while they are torturing and killing people! It's like, "Wake up 'lame brains!'" The apostle Paul said, "Where is the wise? Where is the scribe? Where is the disputer of this world? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?" I Corinthians 1:20

EU Times: The Defense Authorization Act, or HR 1540, aka The Forever War Act of 2012, was overwhelmingly approved by the House of Representatives earlier today on a vote of 322 to 96. The Senate will now vote on its own version and then the two bills will need to reconciled before going to Barry Obama for his signature into law. The law authorizes the United States to use military force anywhere it says there are terrorists, including within the borders of our own country. It represents the largest hand-over of unchecked war authority from Congress to the executive branch in modern American history. The founders were seriously opposed to handing this much power to executive, fearing tyranny. If enacted into law, this provision will make Obama a dictator who can wage war without the consent of the American people.

Indiana News: At least 13 tornadoes touched down in Indiana as numerous severe thunderstorms bore down on the state Wednesday, injuring at least 34 people. There were two new confirmed tornadoes in central Indiana, one in Decatur County, adding to another that had already been confirmed there, and another in the Morristown area of Shelby County. Another tornado was confirmed in Parke County. "In the 20 years I have been with the Fire Department, this is the worst I have ever seen," said Greensburg Fire Chief Scott Chasteen. Seven other tornadoes also touched down, including another one in Newton County, another one in Dubois County, one near Bloomington, two in Jasper County, one in Pulaski County and one in Decatur County.
My Comments: They keep coming in record numbers, killer tornadoes like we have never seen since 1925, but that isn't a good comparison because we didn't have the warning systems we have now back then. The Bible tells us there will be signs in the heavens, "Great earthquakes will be in various places and famines, pestilences and there will be fearful sights and great signs in heaven" Luke 21:11. "I will show wonders in heaven above, signs in the earth beneath, blood, fire and vapor of smoke" Acts 2:19.

EU Times: Russian scientists are reportedly in shock after reviewing the report prepared by the Federal Space Agency (FKA/RKA) that says the fabric of our earth's "space-time vortex" was "ripped apart" [photo top] within the past couple of weeks over Yekaterinburg (also known as Ekaterinburg), the biggest city in Russia's rural mountains, and the fourth largest in all Russia. The existence of a space-time vortex around our planet Earth was first postulated by the great German-born theoretical physicist Albert Einstein (1879-1955), who developed the theory of general relativity, which was recently confirmed for the first time in history by US space scientists working on the longest running project in NASA's history (since 1963) called the Gravity Probe B. According to Stanford University physicist Francis Everitt, principal investigator of the Gravity Probe B mission, "The space-time around earth appears to be distorted just as general relativity predicts." Clifford Will of Washington University in St Louis and one of the world's top experts in Einstein's theories, further says of these new findings discovered by the Gravity Probe B that, "This is an epic result. One day this will be written up in text books as one of the classic experiments in the history of physics." This massive rip in our Earth's space-time vortex was witnessed by hundreds of thousands of Yekaterinburg residents who photographed and videotaped this event extensively. Once the shocking visual images of this rip in our Earth's space-time vortex reached the West, however, their propaganda media organs went into quick disinformation mode stating that this event was caused by a Russian Soyuz rocket military communications satellite being shot into orbit. What these western media propaganda reports failed to mention (as they know their readers have virtually no independent thoughts) was that even though there was in the hours preceding the events in Yekaterinburg a launch of a Meridian 4 Satellite from the Plesetsk Cosmodrome in northern Russia, the distance of nearly 2,500 km from this Arctic space site to the Urals, especially with a satellite shot into polar orbit, makes it beyond absurd that anyone could see such a thing. [Note: The Pelestsk Cosmodrome is located 800 km north of Moscow above the Arctic Circle, while Yekaterinburg is situated on the border of Europe and Asia, 1,667 km east of Moscow, on the eastern side of the Ural Mountains.] To the cause of this rip in Earth's space-time vortex, Russian scientists blame the massive Comet Elenin (C/2010X1) discovered on December 10, 2010 by Russian astronomer Leonid Elenin of the Institute of Applied Mathematics that has it trailing two rows each of four perfectly aligned "objects," Chinese scientists warn may be "alien spacecraft."
My Comments: This is another example of prophecy being fulfilled, "...there shall be fearful sights and great signs in heaven" Luke 21:11. The facts presented in this EU Times article is exactly why I steer away from US news sources (they are so distorted and censored, it's pathetic - except for Fox News). Fox News is great for US uncensored news, but the problem is they don't seem to get the very unusual or maybe even "shocking" world news articles. This (space-time vortex rip) is a historical event that was distorted by US news media, but I came across the startling facts when I saw this article in EU Times, but the cases never end. Generally, US news is terribly censored; that is a fact.

EU Times: A top Duma (Federal Assembly of Russia) caused shock waves in a recent television interview, when he warned that Russia could deploy an arsenal of new technology to "destroy any part of the planet and kill over a hundred million people using secret weather weapons, if the United States, the UN or Georgia tried to stop Russia's entry into the WTO." Valdimir Zhirinovsky is Vice Chairman of the Russian State Duma and leader of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia (LDPR), the first officially sanctioned opposition party after the fall of communism. The LDPR has deep links with the former KGB and Communist Party and has become a significant force in Russian politics, despite Zhirinovsky himself being branded a militant neofascist. According to a translation provided by a Russian speaker, during the interview Zhirinovsky went off on a bizarre tangent, after he was asked how Russia should treat countries like Georgia and the United States who try and block Russia's entry into the World Trade Organization. Saying that the American government in Washington, DC had "no future" and would "collapse," Zhirinovsky cited Russia's supremacy in space and stated that the country had "lots of money, resources and new weapons that no one knows about." "With them we will destroy any part of the planet within 15 minutes," he sensationally warned. "Not an explosion, not a ray burst, not some kind of laser, not lightning, but a quiet and peaceful weapon," added Zhirinovsky, warning that "whole continents will be put to sleep forever" and that "120 million will die" if anyone interfered with Russia's claim on the Kuril Islands, which are the subject of a territorial dispute with Japan. The female presenter of the news program smirked as he made the comments, but Zhirinovsky's manner was far from jovial. Zhirinovsky made reference to the recent tsunami in Japan, suggesting that the "new weapons" to which he referred are related to weather control technology, which has been intensely studied by both the US and Russia since the 1950s and is commonly used today. Threatening to annex Georgia completely, Zhirinovsky warned, "And then there will be another tsunami on the other side of the planet, in the Caucuses." Zhirinovsky's reference to the Kuril Islands in connection with the devastating tsunami that hit Japan in March is a not so subtle suggestion that Russia had something to do with causing the natural disaster that killed thousands, led to the Fukushima crisis and threatened to derail Japan's economic recovery. Zhirinovsky also warned of a coming "World War III" emerging from the current turmoil in the Middle East and North Africa that would lead to the collapse of current global institutions like the EU and the WTO and the rise of a new international order lead by Russia. Moscow has routinely employed the weather control technology of "cloud seeding" for decades to ensure sunny skies when military parades are taking place on national holidays, but turning the weather into a devastating weapon to be used in warfare is a frightening prospect. However, as the revelations of weather modification expert Ben Livingston, a former Navy Physicist who briefed President Linden B Johnson on the effectiveness of weather control back in the 1960s during the Vietnam era, have documented as far back as the early 1950s the United States was funneling money into programs aimed at using the weather as a weapon during the cold war. It would be naive to think that the Russians weren't engaged in similar research. Moreover, in an April 1997 speech to the University of Georgia, Athens, then US Secretary of Defense William Cohen spoke of the threat of an "eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes and volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves." For many years, suspicions have circulated around the purpose of High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP), an ionosphereic research program jointly funded by the US Air Force, the US Navy, the University of Alaska and DARPA. In his underground best seller, Angels Don't Play This HAARP, author Nick Begich summarizes the evidence that suggests HAARP is involved in weather control for nefarious purposes. Scientists at NASA have discovered a "close link between electrical disturbances on the edge of our atmosphere and impending quakes on the ground below," which has led to claims that earthquakes are being artificially induced as a form of modern warfare by HAARP. The technology to which Zhirinovsky refers is rapidly moving out of the realm of science fiction and into scientific fact as we progress further into the 21st century. While Zhirinovsky is a controversial character in Russia with an incendiary personality, he is nonetheless a major political player. Although Zhirinovsky has been dismissed as a "clown" and has made many off beat comments in the past, it would be naive to dismiss him as being on the fringe. As well as being Vice Chairman of the Russian State Duma and leader of the LDPR, Zhirinovsky is a member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. The deputy Duma speaker has announced his intention to run in the 2012 Russian presidential elections, where he is expected to finish third in the race. Zhirinovsky's comments have been no less controversial in the past. He once advocated dropping nuclear bombs over the Atlantic Ocean to flood Great Britain. What are we to make of these remarkable comments? Is Zhirinovsky just a crank, or has he truly spilled the beans on Russia's intention to unleash an arsenal of new weather warfare technology in its bid to dominate the globe.
My Comments: Zhirinovsky is a high-ranking Russian official and he has a lot of clout in Russia. Don't be deceived, you can believe this man is as serious as Adolf Hitler, who Zhirinovsky admires by the way; and I shouldn't have to reiterate what Hitler accomplished. This article reminds me further of what the Word has to say about the last days, "Great earthquakes shall be in different places, famines, pestilences, and fearful sights and there will be great signs in heaven" Luke 21:11. "Men's hearts will fail them for fear and for looking at the things coming on the earth, for the powers of heaven shall be shaken" Luke 21:26. "I will show wonders in heaven above and signs in the earth beneath, blood, fire and vapor of smoke" Acts 2:19. Some of this sounds maybe a bit like the repercussions of HAARP or the type of warfare spoken of by Zhirinovsky, wouldn't you say? AP: Kansas City, MO - A violent storm system rumbled through the central US on Wednesday, spawning tornadoes that turned homes into splintered wreckage, killing at least 14 people over two days and hampering rescue efforts in a city slammed by a massive twister days earlier. The new system, which followed closely behind the one that spawned the massive twister that struck Joplin, MO, and killed more than 120 people, moved into the Oklahoma City area Tuesday evening as worried commuters rushed home from work. Several tornadoes touched down in Oklahoma City and its suburbs, killing at least eight people and injuring at least 70 others, authorities said. Among those killed was a 15-month-old boy and searchers were looking for his missing three-year-old brother. The storms killed two people in Kansas, four in Arkansas and possibly one in Texas. The weather service warned that a wave of more powerful storms could hit the state later Wednesday. The larger storm system was centered over Missouri, Arkansas and Illinois early Wednesday and moving into western Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee and Mississippi. The weather service placed much of Illinois and Indiana under a tornado watch and said isolated tornadoes were possible throughout Ohio when the storms moved into the state Wednesday night. Sunday's storm was the nation's eighth deadliest twister among records dating back to 1840.
We need to continue to pray for these central US residents, for their safety and salvation for the unsaved.
