An explosion released incandescent rock and ash into the atmosphere, which reached more than 2 km high earlier today, at about 5:03 h (local time); and 28 smaller gas-ash explosions have occurred within the last 24 hours, emitting a constant plume of steam and gas from the volcano.

The Word of God says,

"I will show wonders in heaven above and signs in the earth beneath, blood, fire and vapor of smoke" Acts 2:19.

Thirty-one volcanoes are erupting today throughout Europe, the Atlantic Ocean, Aleutians, Alaska, North America and the Pacific Ocean. Many others are in "active" status throughout the world and are not included in this number.

According to the Global Volcanism Program, there are at least a thousand identified magma systems on land alone (not counting those under sea) likely to erupt in the future.

The signs are among us, friends.
