4/22/11, Fox News:  Heavy rain causes mudslides in a southern island of the Philippines.  Twenty-seven are known dead and dozens are still missing.  There are shanties along the mountainous area where mudslides are known to be common during the rainy seasons.  The mudslides destroyed many shanties in this area and the death toll is unknown at this time.  

My Comments:  Many would say, "How could a loving God allow such disasters, as those described above, as well as many prominent catastrophes...
