Medan, Indonesia: Two powerful volcanic eruptions occurred on November 14, 2013, and the eruptions are getting stronger to date.

Over 5,000 people have been evacuated since last week and the current alert level is 3, 4 being the highest.

About 15,000 people fled the area in September, when the volcano became active after being dormant since 2010.
