Using automatic scanners, police agencies across the US have records on the location and movement of every vehicle with license places, according to a study published on July 17, 2013, by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). Innocent Man Shot 16 Times By Officers

Washington:  A King County Sheriff's Deputy and a Department of Corrections Officer went to the home of Dustin Theoharis in February 2013, to serve a search warrant. Theoharis was not the man they were looking for, but when "it appeared he was reaching for something," they shot Theoharis 16 times!

The good news is, he lived to tell about it.

Congress passed legislation for the implementation of "spy drones" and the FAA predicts there will be approximately 30,000 in US skies by 2020, reported Infowars.com.

The spy drone in the photo above was used during the Memorial Day" Beach Week" in Florida.
