Capitalizing the "wealth of nature" into telecomputer currency is the primary goal of the Global Resource Bank (GRB).
The introduction of the GRB proposal states: "There is no greater store of wealth than in nature, nor better medium of exchange than telecommunication. The Global Resource Bank issues global dollars that value the production of nature. The Bank's currency quantifies the economy of the ecosystem. The money measures the capacity of nature to produce the commodities that sustain life on earth."
"The bank pays off the world's public debt. Each person owns one share of the bank."
An important factor to remember, while reading the following, is that "the Global Resource Bank issues global dollars that value the production of nature - which includes the value of people.
The following are the "Articles of Association" for the GRB (I have added truths in parenthesis):
Article 1 - SHAREHOLDER: The bank is organized by all people (lie - it is organized by the world's elite bankers and their cohorts). Each person owns one share of the whole (the share = essentially you are allowed live, buy and sell in the world as a slave). A share is a nontransferrable birth right (every person born will be required to participate). The bank is a free public enterprise directed by the shareholders (lie - not free - YOU will be owned by the Antichrist dictator who comes to power).
Article 2 - BANK ACCESS: Free (mandatory) access to the bank is by telecommunication (a mark [implant] in the future).
Article 3 - BANK ASSETS: The assets claimed by the bank are the resources of nature outside national jurisdiction (nations give up their sovereignty - the GRB will own the natural resources of the earth). The shareholders value the natural production capacity of ecosystems (YOU are part of the ecosystems) in this region at 6,000 trillion Global Resource Bank dollars (e-money - which does not really exist) on par with United States dollars.
Article 4 - SHAREHOLDER CAPITAL: Shareholder capital is transferred from bank assets to shareholder accounts in the amount of $10,000 per year for ten consecutive years. Electronic cash transfers between accounts are cleared by the transparent cash transfer program described in Articles 5 - 8.
Article 5 - BANK INCOME: The initial rate of bank income is 2 percent of cash transfers. This transfer fee is divided equally between the accounts taking part in a cash transfer. The bank's initial percentage rates are adjusted to the average percentage rates that result from shareholder/director choices (another way for the elites to stay way ahead financially - they own the bank).
Article 6 - SHAREHOLDER DIVIDEND: The initial shareholder dividend rate is 80 percent of bank income divided equally among shareholder accounts. Upon death, shareholder dollars revert to bank assets (no one leaves anything to their heirs/family - because everyone is owned by the Antichrist).
Article 7 - ENVIRONMENT INVESTMENT: The initial environment investment rate is 10 percent of bank income divided equally among shareholder environment accounts. The shareholders are entrusted to allocate this money to investments that protect and/or renew ecosystems.
Article 8 - COMMUNICATION ACCOUNT: The initial rate the communication account receives is 10 percent of bank income. This money is to pay for a full service telecommunication network. The communication account manager is hired by the majority of voting shareholders (who do you think the voting shareholders are? Not you or me!) to buy telecommunications at the market.
Article 9 - START-UP CAPITAL: The bank transfers from bank assets $5,000 to each shareholder's environment account and $30 trillion dollars to the communication account.
Article 10 - CREDITOR CAPITAL: The bank transfers from bank assets to the creditor's bank accounts sufficient GRB dollars to pay off the world's public debt at the United States dollar exchange rate.
Article 11 - STEADY STATE: The dollars required to maintain the ratio of total capital per shareholder at a steady rate are automatically transferred between bank income and the bank's dollar reserve.
Article 12 - AMENDMENTS: These Articles of Association may be amended by the majority of shareholders. Guardians of shareholders have proxy rights. (Who are guardians of the shareholders? Not you or me!)

This bank does not just pay off all of the world's debt for nothing! You and I thereafter are to become communist slaves within the New World Order.
