"...The thing is established by God and God will shortly bring it to pass" Genesis 41:32

Posted by L A on Tuesday, December 6, 2016, In : Prophecy

Early on the morning of February 7, 2010, just before waking, I had a dream that I was going up into heaven and I was traveling up through the clouds. It was beautiful and as I passed by the white clouds, against a beautiful blue sky, I anticipated seeing the Lord and Levi, my son who had passed on the year before, in 2009. The Word of God tells us, “For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trump of God, and the dead in Chri...

“…He who now letteth (detains – original Greek) will let (detain), until he be taken out of the way” 2 Thessalonians 2:7

Most Christians agree on the fact that Jesus promised to return for His people, as described in 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18, “For the Lord will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trump of God, and the dead in Christ shall rise first; then we, which are alive and remain, shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so shall we ever be with the Lord.” Albeit, we have varying opinions as to whether this event wi...

Notice that the kingdom of heaven comparison included all ten virgins, not only the five who were wise. Before continuing with the parable, it is noteworthy to mention that Moses disobeyed God, smiting a rock in the wilderness twice, instead of speaking to it, as God commanded him. ...

Jesus's disciples asked Him, "...What will be the sign of Your coming and the end of the age?"  Matthew 24:3.  This month's newsletter is the eighth in a series of ten newsletters that will expound on each of the ten signs Jesus said would signal His return.  Jesus said, "Nation will rise against nation, kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines, pestilences and earthquakes in various places.  All these are the beginnings of sorrows.  Then they will deliver you up to be afflicted a...

The Jewish Wedding & Rapture Connection

Posted by Leisa Amorosa on Wednesday, February 2, 2011, In : Prophecy
In the Book of Matthew 25, Jesus compared His return to Earth with a description of ten virgins, five wise and five foolish, who were waiting for a bridegroom to arrive for his bride.  Jesus said that while the bridegroom delayed, the virgins slept.  Five of them were foolish and did not place oil in their lamps, and five were wise, having filled their lamps with oil in preparation for the wedding.  It is difficult to grasp the full context of what Jesus said, unless you understand Jewish wed...
