Photo of Jesus's face on the Shroud of Turin.As I was studying the Bible this morning, I was intrigued when I began reading Job chapter 9,
as Job described the infamous bright north star Arcturus and the
constellations Orion and Pleiades. I have read the book of Job before,
but today, his statements about the stars fascinated me. I wondered how
he had come to know about the stars and constellations thousands of
years ago. The book of Job is said to be the oldest book in the Bible.
The Bible tells us in Genesis 5:22 that Enoch walked with God. He was obviously God's friend, for in Genesis 5:24, the Bible says, "Enoch walked with God and he was not, for God took him."
Enoch was one of only two righteous men who ever escaped death. He and
Elijah walked with God so closely, so righteously before Him, that God
took them straight up to heaven, surpassing death.
If Enoch
walked with God, does it not stand to reason that God chatted with him,
sharing information with him, which was passed from generation to
generation?
If you can't seem to come to grips with the fact
that you have an eternal soul living within you, have you ever thought
about how finely tuned the earth's atmosphere is in order to support
life? Have you ever considered the fact that, among the multitudes of
planets traveling throughout space that cannot support life, how our
lives here on earth are so incredibly impossible, considering the odds,
without a divine Creator?
Think about it. Can you conceive of
the fact that the heavens never end? If you could travel in a straight
line for a trillion years into space, there would be trillions of more
years to travel, because heaven does not end. Can you conceive of
eternity? Heaven is eternal. God is a magnificent, mighty God, but you
are special to Him. He created you, He loves you and He made a way of
Salvation for you.
Just as the heavens are eternal, we have a Creator and our bodies contain an eternal soul. "The Lord God formed man from the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living soul" Genesis 2:7. Each one of us has the breath of God in us and that breath in us is the "living soul" which came from God.
Consider
Job, who suffered miserably, stricken with boils from head to toe, but
in all his misery, the ancient man of God said this, "After my skin worms destroy this body, yet in my flesh, I will see God" Job 19:26.
How did Job know this? The Word of God, spoken by God to the ancients,
spoken through angels, spoken through Jesus Christ and the apostles,
has always been with us, since before the world was created and it still
exists today. "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with
God, and the Word was God...and the Word was made flesh and dwelt among
us (and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the
Father), full of grace and truth" John 1:1,14.
After Jesus was crucified for the sins of the world, the apostle Paul wrote, "In
a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump, for the
trumpet will sound and the dead will be raised incorruptible and we will
be changed" 1 Corinthians 15:52. Throughout thousands of years,
in Old and New Testament writings, the men of God have all said the
same thing. Our bodies, which eventually die, will be changed "in a
moment, in the twinkling of an eye," and we will be raised from dead,
just as Jesus rose from the dead. Paul goes on to say, "...for this corruptible (body) must put on incorruption, and this mortal (body) must put on immortality" 1 Corinthians 15:53. We are compared to seeds, which die, then after they are planted, they become living plants (Luke 4).
Just
as the heavens are eternal - grasp that thought - eternal - our bodies
will be changed into eternal bodies. About 500 people witnessed the
fact that Jesus rose from the grave (1 Corinthians 15:6).
Today, we even have Jesus's image, seared onto His burial cloth during
the resurrection, the Shroud of Turin, which shows His very wounds,
blood stains at his feet, hands and on his head, where the crown of
thorns was placed, all the marks of the flogging and crucifixion!
If
people refuse to believe and receive the gift of the Saviors death,
payment for our sins, those people will die in their sins and never
enter heaven. The worst part is, not only do they not enter heaven to
dwell with our Lord and Savior and many loved ones; but those who reject
Christ, end up in hell with satan and the fallen angels (Revelation 19:20 and Revelation 20:15).
You won't hear Joel Osteen talk about that, because he wants to keep
his approximately 40K members, but it's true just the same. The Bible
says it is true. We will live for eternity in one place, or the other.
When Jesus ascended into heaven, right before the eyes of the apostles, two angels that were present told them, "Why
do you stand here gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, which is
taken up from you into heaven, will come in the same manner as you have
seen Him go into heaven" Acts 1:11. This event wasn't just seen
by one man, or even a few, the disciples were there, beside the
approximately 500 people who saw Jesus after He was raised from the
dead. The Old and New Testaments are consistent and these books were
written by many men of God and their testimonies are true.

The
Bible has withstood the ages. Many people have tried to destroy it,
but no one can. There have been attempts to destroy and burn the Shroud
of Turin - it carries the burn marks - as well as the clear image of
Jesus and His wounds after thousands of years, but they can't destroy it
either!

Socialism and Communism, basically the same thing.
Karl Marx described ten steps necessary to destroy a free enterprise system (also known as Capitalism, which Obama hates and his father also hated) and replace it with a Socialist-Communist State. These planks were designed as a test, to determine whether or not a country was transitioning to Communism.
Obama has signed 923 Executive Orders since taking office, some of which are enumerated below.
Is America heading towards Communism? Consider that question as you read Karl Marx's 10 Planks of The Communist Manifesto, written in 1848:
1. Abolition of private property and the application of all rents of land to public purposes.
National forests were created in 1905; homesteaders were no longer given the mineral rights to their lands after 1916; all unclaimed lands were given to the federal government (Bureau of Land Management); the Homestead Act was terminated in 1934 and remaining land went to the federal government, which owns about 760,000 square miles, more than half the land west of the Mississippi; the BLM owns the mineral rights to about 1.1 million square miles (about 30% of the US); eminent domain laws allow the federal government to confiscate just about anyone's land for whatever public use they see fit.
2. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.Income tax was implemented in 1861 in the US at 3% (above $800), $1,500 of $50,000 (today's approximate median income). In 2012, median income taxpayers are paying roughly 27.21% (including Social Security, Medicare, state and federal taxes) of their earnings, $13,605 of $50,000, more than one-quarter of their incomes!3. Abolition of all rights to inheritance.We are heading that way. Americans refer to this as "estate taxes." The World Bank is working on plans to eliminate inheritances altogether, with their New World Order monetary system. * If you have heirs and you don't have a Living Trust, which transfers your assets automatically to your heirs upon death, the government will take a big chunk of your estate for "probate expenses" - regardless of whether or not you have a will. If you can't afford an attorney to set up a Living Trust (revokable trust highly recommended), you can purchase the Nolo Make Your Own Living Trust (step by step guide) online for about $75 and create your own, saving your family much financial loss to the government's probate attorneys and costs. Are you also aware that your bank will not give your cash assets to your heirs upon your death, until after probate - which can be lengthy, unless you ask the bank for a POD account (just like your regular bank account, only you sign a "payable on death (POD)" document, which bypasses probate and makes your cash available to your designated beneficiary upon death. 4. Confiscation of property of all immigrants and rebels.The IRS confiscates property for unpaid taxes all the time, administratively without legal proceedings; your property will be confiscated if you break certain laws or cross borders illegally. The DEA and ATF can confiscate your property. Obama's Executive Order 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned and establish new locations for populations. 5. Centralization of credit in the hands of the State, by means of a national bank with State capital and an exclusive monopoly. Americans call it the Federal Reserve Bank, which is a privately owned credit/debt system allowed by the Federal Reserve Act of 1913. Woodrow Wilson, a Democrat Progressive, signed the Federal Reserve Act, allowing the elite Federal Reserve bankers to take over the monetary system of the United States. The US government stopped printing US dollars and allowed the Federal Reserve Bank to print paper money (from nothing) and LEND it to the US government - WITH INTEREST. In 2010, the US government paid the Federal Reserve Bank over $375 BILLION dollars in interest to loan the US our own money! Barring none, this has been the biggest heist perpetrated on the American people, and most of them don't even know it! John F Kennedy signed EO 11110 in 1963, which would have eliminated the Federal Reserve Bank...we all know what happened to him! EO 11110 - never enforced and the government makes out like it was never signed. I'm sorry, folks, to disillusion you, but the upper echelons of our government are run by a bunch of Thugs, bought and paid for by elite bankers. 6. Centralization of the means of communications and transportation in the hands of the State. We call this the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and the Department of Transportation. Obama's Executive Order 11005 allows government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities. Obama's Executive Order 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft. Obama's EO 10995 allows government to seize and control the communication media. Obama's EO 10990 allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.
7. Extension of the factories and instruments of production owned by the State, the bringing in of cultivation of waste lands and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan. Americans call it The Department of Agriculture, Department of Commerce and Labor, Department of Interior, Environmental Protection Agency, Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Reclamation, Bureau of Mines, National Park Service, and IRS control of businesses through regulation. * We do not yet have the "Bureau of Inhaling and Exhaling," but we have government all over everything else and practically up our noses!8. Equal liability of all to labor. Establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture. World War 1 brought women into the work force and literally changed the social structure of America, which was the exact purpose behind the decision to involve the US in WW1. It was a decision made by elitists to change the structure of America, and they are still pulling the strings today. Taxation has caused the need for two-income families. Long-term social changes, debt and inflation are turning this nation into a state of "domestic slaves." Obama's Executive Order 11000 enslaves everyone and confiscates their personal property in a national emergency and allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision. * This, of course, does not apply to Obama's daughters, Hillary Clinton's daughter, Joe Biden's kids, George Soros's family, the Rothschilds - only you and me and our families. We are considered to be the Bilderberg "slaves."9. Combination of agricultural with manufacturing industries, gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country, but more equitable distribution of population over the country. President Nixon, through the Government Reorganization Act of March 27, 1969, divided the United States into 10 regions. President Nixon established a Federal Regional Council for each of the 10 standard regions, by EO 11647. It stated that the president shall designate one member of each council as Chairman of the Council and such Chairman shall serve the pleasure of the President. The fact that 10 regions have been created by EO, instead of independent states, is something the government doesn't want us to know about. Obama's EO 10998 allows the government to take over all food resources and farms. Obama's EO 10997 allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals. * A New World Order has been in the making for a long time. They do need to slip this by the American people in increments, slowly, but surely, and get us farther away (in time) from our "freedom fighting" heritage. 10. Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children's factory labor in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production. American's tax dollars support public schools and private schools are also government regulated. The first US public schools used the Bible as curriculum. If you look at textbooks today, the Bible has been banned, much of our national history has been removed and a Socialist theology has been implemented over time. Under the Obama administration, more than 40 chapters of the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Networks have been established in public schools throughout the nation. Obama's appointed "Safe Schools" czar Kevin Jennings implemented the homosexual networks and he is an admitted homosexual. The Word of God tells us that homosexuality is an abomination in the sight of God (Leviticus 18:22 and Romans 1:26-28). Obama has also mandated a Youth Corps, in which young men and women between the ages of 18-24 are enlisted for training with the Department of Homeland Security. Why these young adults? They are a generation not well-versed on our nation's true history and they are easily indoctrinated, especially when awarded with the use of firearms. Your 35-40 year olds are much less likely to round up US citizens at gunpoint, but these kids would. Hitler did the same thing.

All of this is a prelude to a One World Government, controlled by the Antichrist in the last days, which was prophesied thousands of years ago by the prophet Daniel and John the Revelator.
Jesus said, "Then shall be great tribulation such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be" Matthew 24:21. The good news for God's people is that we will be "caught up" (1 Thessalonians 4:16-18) before the great tribulation begins.

major 6.1 earthquake hit Mindanao, Philippines on Friday, November 2, 2012, at 18:17:36 UTC, at a depth of 38.1 km
(23.7 mi).
Four major (>5.9) earthquakes have hit in the last week. Jesus said these
signs would appear before He returns, "Nation
will rise against nation, kingdom against kingdom, and there will be
famines, pestilences and earthquakes in various places" Matthew 24:7.
Jesus also said, "When you see these things, know that it is near (His return), even at the doors" Matthew 24:33.

Last
night, as I was finishing up very late, I was almost nodding off, when
suddenly I heard a voice that said, "January 2, 2013." I was a bit
perplexed, but I know when the Lord is speaking to me. I was wide awake
after that.
Since I didn't receive anything other than the
date, I figured there might already be something on the internet about
that date, so I searched, "What will happen on 1/2/13?" Odd date that
it was, I felt certain in my spirit that something would come up that I
needed to know about.
Sure enough, I came to an article posted
by Examiner.com, entitled "Economic Collapse Could Begin January 2,
2013." I thought this is so odd; "Why 1/2/13, versus any other day of
the month?" I read on.
I will summarize what I found:
Automatic
budget cuts in federal spending may result in the loss of over 2
million jobs, ranging from teachers to border security.
A study
predicting this was conducted by Aerospace Industries Association.
ACROSS THE BOARD REDUCTIONS ARE SLATED TO BE ENACTED ON JANUARY 2,
2013. The budget cuts will reduce gross domestic product by as
much as $215 BILLION in 2013. We are headed for a colossal economic
landslide that not a lot of people are anticipating.
The result
could have LONG-TERM CONSEQUENCES, PERMANENTLY ALTERING THE COURSE OF
THE NATION'S ECONOMY AND CHANGING OUR POSTURE IN THE WORLD MARKETS FOREVER, according to the report.
THE MILITARY ALONE WILL FACE REDUCTIONS OF $490 BILLION, or more, during the next ten years, reported Examiner.com.
It
appears that, win or lose, Obama shot a fatal blow to our nation's
economy during the last four years, which he fully intended to do - no
secret, because it is part of his Socialist-Marxist ideology; he hates
colonialism and the wealth of this great nation. His goal has been to
bring America down, equal with the rest of the world, and he even spells
it out in his own book, "Dreams From My Father."
Obama isn't
alone, this has been the plan laid out by world bankers, the
Bilderbergs, and the collective work of the United Nations, Trilateral
Commission, the Club of Rome, European Union, the Word Trade
Organization, aaaaand, I don't believe I have left anybody out. These
bankers and governing organizations are working together to establish a
New World Order, and do it they will, with a dictator at the helm,
according to Bible prophecy (Daniel & Revelation).
American
citizens, please brace yourselves; because while the "fat bureaucrats"
and world bankers are wining and dining - really big - on your interest
(usury) and your hard earned tax dollars, we are in for a heap of
trouble.
Television moguls and mainstream news outlets, owned
by the very elite that are behind the meltdown, are coming up with
"funny" programs, such as "Extreme Cheapskates" to soften the blow.
There's nothing funny about these programs at all. I have seen videos
on the internet showing a "millionaire digging for food in the trash,"
which you and I should know is absurd - not reality. A poor person
doesn't want to eat garbage, why should a very wealthy person want to
eat what is most likely contaminated food? This is propaganda, to
literally show us how we can survive, as they pummel a financial death
blow on our heads. It might also be possible that they want us to
really believe that they too, "millionaires will be digging through
trash," so maybe, just maybe, we won't go crazy and go after them when
we start getting very hungry.
They also televised a woman who
washes her clothes while she showers (same water) and uses a water
bottle instead of toilet paper - to save money. This type of propaganda
should tell us just how great a crisis they are about ready to unleash. Yes, it is planned, just as the Great Depression was planned by
bankers.
Do you think news outlets and television moguls have
suddenly come up with "funny" cheapskate programs and news articles
just to entertain you? It is no coincidence that they coming up with
these outlandish programs, just as they are about ready to "drive the
nail in our coffins" with a complete economic meltdown.
The
same crooks that charge you exorbitant interest rates, and the very
government officials who are spending our your tax dollars wining and
dining, are quickly coming up with a lot of ways and means for the rest
of us to live like animals, while they continue to wrench and squeeze
every penny out of us. It's evil, it's disgusting.
Every
government official should earn an average wage, given their training
and expertise, and live like the rest of us do, unless they are
independently wealthy. They shouldn't be making six figure incomes
annually, while the rest of us live on a penance comparatively, and
because we are taxed to death and charged enough interest to buy things
ten times over before the items are paid off. The citizens of this
nation need to wake up and see evil for what it is. Government keeps
getting bigger and bigger, while many Americans are losing their jobs,
moving into tent cities and are paying through the nose to keep
government officials and bankers on caviar.
In spite of all
that, there is hope for those who are trusting in God. There is hope
for the people of God, because the Word of God tells us that when these
things begin to come to pass, our redemption is near (Luke 21:28). The Bible says, "Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people He chose for His inheritance" Psalms 33:12.
My hope isn't in this world, it is in the promised eternity to come,
and that brings peace, a peace that can never be found in the world -
because the world is a temporary setting.

I can't say exactly how many articles relating to suicide in young children and teens because of bullying I have come across in recent months, but I can tell you this much, there has been one too many. There are actually so many, it's sickening.
This tragedy among children, yes, even small children, has been occurring in recent years in record numbers and there are no words to describe how horrible it is. I can't fathom why in the world children allow other kids to affect them so badly that they would take their own life. The subject has infuriated me and disgusted me to the point that I decided to do some research, praying that my statements here may help someone.
I was anguished to learn today that a seven-year-old boy committed suicide in Denver, CO, in May of this year, only seven years old! His parents had recently divorced, but what was equally devastating was the fact that children at his school relentlessly teased him. It's hard in this case to say what the breaking point was, but the teasing contributed and bullying has been attributed to many suicides among children and young teens, especially in the last two years. News stories are all over the internet about children 10, 11, 12..., killing themselves!
I considered, even as a young child, how cruel and disgusting some kids were and decided they weren't worth even my consideration. Kids really tried to hurt me, because I was a loner, so they picked on me terribly and called me all sorts of names. As soon as they found out they couldn't get a rise out of me, or even a concerned look, they gave up. This attitude in me went far beyond my own ability, which I will explain.
I had the kind of parents who told me I could do anything I put my hands to do, by the grace of God. I had the type of mother who told me that God created me, He loved me and He had great plans for my future. Those facts molded my entire life and my way of thinking. I didn't always do what was right in life, I have sinned, but what my mother taught me, never left me, and I always returned to the right path.
The Word of God says, "Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he will not depart from it" Proverbs 22:6. I can tell you by my own experience that this scripture is so very true. It was also true for my own son, and it has been true for my brother and sister.
Parents, the most important thing you can do for your children, for their future and for their eternal soul, is train them in the admonition of the Lord, train them in God's Word; also make sure they know how much you love them, how much you care for them and believe God to bless them. We should never neglect to tell our children how very much God loves them, cares for them, and that He has good plans for them. Time spent encouraging your children in the Lord, praying over them, blessing them, and giving them the assurance of your own love and acceptance - unconditionally - will have a lasting affect on them their entire lives, in fact, it will affect them eternally.
The Jews placed their hands upon the heads of their children and
blessed them, saying and praying blessings over them, in accordance with
God's will and His ways. These blessings, made before God, in faith,
always came to pass and they never failed. Read Genesis 27:30 and Genesis 49:28.
There are many more passages showing how Godly fathers laid their hands on
the heads of their children and blessed them, and the scriptures reveal that God
honored those prayers and blessed the children with the blessings
proclaimed by their fathers. This is a principle that works and should
be used by every parent, in faith, so their children can be blessed, according to the Word of God.
Children who are cruel, bully other kids, yell and cuss at them, are so pathetic; and when you really understand how pathetic they are, it takes away much of the anger and hurt. Can you imagine a kid bullying, hitting, yelling, cussing at other kids, who also goes home to kind, thoughtful, loving and attentive parents, who encourage their children and tell them how much God loves them? It generally doesn't happen. These kids are neglected and often treated in the same manner at home, or worse, than they treat other kids. By far, those are the statistics. Something is drastically wrong with the emotional well-being of that child. Few kids who are violent have loving, kind, God-fearing parents; but when they do, you can believe the parents of that child have neglected to stop and give him or her the time they really need. Those loving parents, who have violent children, often busy themselves with work, taking care of the house and other projects, and maybe even volunteer in a church, but fail to give their kids the type of quality time, prayer and instruction they need. It happens, and those kids suffer sometimes just as much as the physically or verbally abused children.
If someone is heartbroken out there because you have suffered verbal and physical abuse from bullies, just remember how neglected and pitiful they are and it can help you to put the problem into the proper perspective. If someone is cutting you down, making fun of you, or threatening you, just realize that that person, no doubt, receives the same kind of treatment at home from their parents, or "caregiver." If they are one of the few exceptions, even then, they are generally ignored and neglected in some critical way, which can be just as damaging to them. Don't suffer this abuse alone; tell your parents and the school administration; seek out those who will help.
Nothing like this is worth suffering alone or hurting yourself for. I dare say, if you actually don't have parents who care, I can promise you this, God cares for you! He really does. He created you and He loves you more than you will ever know. God's Word says, "Cast your care upon Him (God), for He cares for you" 1 Peter 5:7. I challenge you to pray, sincerely pray, to God and ask Him to remove your problem, and He will. There is no doubt in my mind, because Jesus said, "To this point, you haven't asked anything in My name: ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full" John 16:24. Give God a chance, before you do anything else, give God a chance. Ask God to remove your problem, because you know He loves and cares for you. Pray that prayer in Jesus's name, because that is critical in receiving your answer. It is scriptural. As we pray, we should never fail to do our part. Find someone who will listen and tell them about the bullying - take a stand against it, not only for your own sake, but for a lot of other kids who are suffering too.
The fact is that, if someone doesn't reach these kids who bully and if they continue on an evil, hateful path, they will one day end up in a burning, fiery hell forever; that's right, forever. Feel sorry for them, and know that sooner or later, if they don't get help and if they don't change, they are going to pay the ultimate, eternal price for their actions.
Some people may not like that statement and there are some who think it's appalling to talk that way about kids, even after they are grown. Think what you want, and think what you want about me, but it's the truth and it happens to be the Word of God. That's the premise of what is wrong with the world today, not many people want to face the hard core truth. People run from the truth all the time, and shade the truth over with their "candy coated" lifestyles and their "white washed" cover-ups, but guess what? It is what it is.
Mean, hateful kids, if they never change or get the help they need, grow up to be mean, hateful and quite evil adults, and as sure as the sun rises in the east, hateful, evil people are going to end up in hell fire. Hate the truth and the deliverer if you like, but it's in the Word of God: "Through covetousness shall they, with feigned words, make merchandise of you, whose judgment now for a long time will not linger and their damnation will not slumber; for if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell and delivered them into chains of darkness to be reserved for judgment...the Lord knows how to deliver the Godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished" 2 Peter 2:3,4,9. "The Son of man shall send forth His angels and shall gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and those who do iniquity, and shall cast them into a furnace of fire; there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth" Matthew 13:41-42. Well, for those of you who believe these types of scriptures are metaphors, I can only say that I don't believe metaphors "wail and gnash their teeth."
It all boils down to living a Godly life, because, as the scriptures say (above), God knows how to deliver the Godly. Are you distressed? Look to the Lord; He loves you, and He sent His Son, Jesus, to die for our sins, so we can be blessed and receive eternal life. No problem is too big for God! My son has a plaque he kept in his room for many years, until he passed on to be with the Lord. Now, I keep it in my kitchen. It says, "Before you go to bed, give your troubles to God; He will be up all night anyway." It's really true.

major 6.2 earthquake hit Masset, Canada on Tuesday, October 30, 2012, at 02:49:02 UTC, at a depth of 9.7 km
(6.0 mi).
Six major (>5.9) earthquakes have hit in about the last week. Jesus said these
signs would appear before He returns, "Nation
will rise against nation, kingdom against kingdom, and there will be
famines, pestilences and earthquakes in various places" Matthew 24:7. "There will be great earthquakes in various places, famines and pestilences and there will be fearful sights and great signs from heaven" Luke 21:11.
Jesus also said, "When you see these things, know that it is near (His return), even at the doors" Matthew 24:33.

21 minutes ago (1:48 am Pacific Time): 198 firefighters are on the scene battling blazes that have taken about 50 homes, according to the latest estimate, in the coastal NYC borough area of Queens. The blaze was reported at about 11 pm in an area that had been flooded by the storm earlier. The neighborhood sits on the Rockaway peninsula jutting into the Atlantic Ocean, reported Fox News.
Flooding has made it difficult for firefighters to battle the fire at the Breezy Point section and they are unable to determine if there are any fatalities yet.
Hurricane Sandy has claimed 16 lives in the US, although it is uncertain if there are others at this point. The fatalities occurred in New Jersey, New York, Maryland, North Carolina, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Connecticut. An estimated 6.2 million people are now without power on the East Coast. The full extent of the damage, injuries and fatalities are unknown and will most likely not be known until after daybreak.

Ezekiel the Prophet
"And
the Word of the Lord came unto me, saying, 'Son of man, set your face
against Gog, the land of Magog (modern day Russia), the chief prince of
Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him, and say, Thus saith the
Lord God, behold, I am against you, oh Gog, the chief of Meshech and
Tubal; and I will turn you back and put hooks into your jaws and I will
bring you forth, with all your army, horses and horsemen, all of them
clothed in all sorts of armor, even a great company with bucklers and
shields, all of them handling swords: Persia (modern day Iran), Ethiopia
(modern day Sudan) and Libya with them, all of them with shield and
helmet.'" Ezekiel 38:1-5.
The prophecy spoken here by
Ezekiel was given about 2,600 years ago. He was writing about the last days, just
prior to the return of the Lord. He wrote the words that God gave him,
about how God would put a "hook in the mouths" of Gog-Magog (Russia), Persia (Iran), Ethiopia (Sudan)
and Libya, bringing them all against Israel at the same time.
These
nations are enemies of Israel already. The statehood of Russia has
always festered a hatred for Zionists and Israel, considering them
enemies of their atheistic nation. Iran, Sudan (not the new state of
South Sudan, which is a Christian nation) and Libya are Muslim nations
and they also hate Israel. God brings these nations together in an
alliance to fight against Israel, so He can demonstrate His power to
them and the world, and defeat the enemies of His people Israel.
Yes, according to Ezekiel 38,
God will bring Israel's enemies together, allowing them to think they
are aligning themselves together to "wipe Israel from the face of the
map" (Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's famous quote), although God has a surprise
in store for them, if they haven't read Ezekiel 38, that is.
Vladimir
Putin, President of Russia, stated openly that "an attack against
Tehran would be an attack against Moscow." The Russia-Iran alliance has
especially been laid out since Iran began building nuclear power, as
Putin defends Iran's "right to create nuclear power."
Since Russia and Iran are already in line, we now see two more nations that will align with them against Israel, Ethiopia (Sudan) and Libya.
Another
piece of the prophetic puzzle was just laid in place on Monday, October
28, 2012. Two Iranian warships docked in Sudan on Monday, Iran's
official IRNA news agency reported, less than a week after Khartoum
accused Israel of attacking an arms factory in the Sudanese capital.

Sudanese Information Minister Ahmed Belal Osman said four military
planes attacked the Yarmouk plant and Israel was behind it.
The
Jerusalem Post reported that when Channel 2 News questioned Israel's
Defense Minister Ehud Barak about the incident, he was quoted as saying,
"There is nothing I can say about this subject."
In the
meantime, it appears that for all intents and purposes, Iran has "come
to Sudan's rescue." Iran's semi-official Fars news agency said that the
vessels docked in Port Sudan on the Red Sea and the fleet's commanders
were scheduled to meet Sudanese navy commanders.
With Iran,
Russia and now Sudan already in the picture, as of Monday, forming their alliances
against Israel, there remains only one nation yet to jump into the fray,
according to Ezekiel's prophecy, and that's Libya. Once we see Libya's military alliance with Iran, Russia and Sudan, Christians, look up! Actually, the Lord could return at any moment,
because we will have been "caught up" into heaven seven years before
Jesus returns with His saints. We will not be here during the
seven-year tribulation period (1 Thessalonians 1:10 and 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18).
Remember, Ezekiel 38 speaks of these nations, Russia, Iran, Sudan and Libya, coming against Israel; Ezekiel 39-42 speaks of the rebuilding of the third temple; but Ezekiel 43 speaks of the Lord's return, but the saints have already been raptured seven years before His return!
An interesting point to consider about Libya is that during the Iran-Iraq war, Libya supported Iran, which caused other nations in the Middle East to fall out with Libya. That being the case, it appears that for all intents and purposes, all four nations, Russia, Iran, Sudan and Libya, already have the alliances needed to bring on the war of Ezekiel 38!
