TEXAS BANS TAXPAYER FUNDED ABORTIONS
Texas Governor Greg Abbott signed a bill Tuesday which excludes
Texans from having to fund elective abortions through their insurance plans.
Abbott said,
“As a firm believer in Texas values, I am proud to sign
legislation that ensures no Texan is ever required to pay for a procedure that
ends the life of an unborn child. This bill prohibits insurance providers from
forcing Texas policyholders to subsidize elective abortions. I am grateful to
the Texas legislature for getting this bill to my desk and working to protect
innocent life this special session.”

God is moving on the hearts of government leaders to put a stop
to some of the bloody mayhem, especially now that we have a God-fearing
president in the White House.
May Texas be an example to all other states throughout the
nation.
The Word of God tells us,
“Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord and the people whom
He has chosen for His own inheritance” Psalm 33:12.
Israel, of course, is God’s chosen, His “firstborn” (Exodus 4:22); nevertheless, those who love the
Lord, receive Jesus as their Savior and keep His commandments under the new
covenant are Jews by adoption (Ephesians 1:5; 1 Corinthians 12:13).
We all, therefore, have the power to become the Sons of God (John 1:12), if we receive salvation offered
through Christ Jesus.
On the other hand,
“The wicked shall be turned into hell and all the nations that
forget God” Psalm 9:17.
