LANDMARK RULING FOR LGTB – A MAJOR SIGN OF THE LAST DAYS

This morning’s headlines publicized a landmark ruling by the United States Supreme Court throughout the nation, “Supreme Court Legalizes Gay Marriage In All 50 States.”

Decadence groups are going wild today, and the White House shamefully displays “gay pride colors.”

“Gay pride;” that reminds me of a scripture:

“Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall” Proverbs 16:18.

Today, SCOTUS ruled that gay marriage stands in all 50 states – the abomination has officially been pushed into our faces. The highest court in the nation has ruled that approximately two percent of the US population will subject the rest of us to their decadence and abominable behavior.

The history of rulings in favor of homosexuality in the US reveals the spiritual and moral decline of America:

In 2003, the Supreme Court tossed out state laws that banned sodomy and lascivious gay sexual behaviors.

In 2010, Barack Hussein Obama signed a law allowing gays to serve openly in the military.

In 2013, the Supreme Court ruled gay couples were eligible for federal benefits.

States have been allowing homosexuals to adopt children for years without widely publicizing it, subjecting children to their abominable lifestyles.

Worse yet, public schools not only promote gay lifestyles, they are now teaching little children (10-year-olds) how (in detail) to commit sodomy under the guise of "sex education!"

This ruling today should remind us all of just how close we are to the return of the Lord.

Jesus said,

“Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot, they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded, but the same day that Lot went out of Sodom, it rained fire and brimstone from heaven and destroyed them all. Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed (when Jesus returns!)” Luke 17:28-30.

Jesus said, as it was in the days of Lot...so shall it be in the day when the Son is revealed! What was happening in the days of Lot? History reveals that Sodom and Gomorrah were overtaken with homosexuality and lasciviousness. Judges in those cities even ruled that beds could be placed in the streets for abominable sexual activities; and if strangers came through the cities, they placed them on the beds in the streets and sexually abused them. The Word of God tells us that God heard the cries of victims of Sodom and Gomorrah, and because they were great...He destroyed the cities with fire and brimstone (Genesis 18:20; Genesis 19:24). God sent his angels to rescue righteous Lot and his family from the City of Sodom, before He destroyed it (Genesis 19).

Don’t believe it? Do you think it’s a fable? Archaeological excavations of the area reveal sulfur, ash and ruins indicative of the fiery destruction of Sodom (Bab edh-Dhra) and Gomorrah (Numeira).

Akin to the decadence of Sodom and Gomorrah, the homosexual pornography shoved in the faces of little ten-year-olds in public schools in the name of “sex education” is enough to inform us that we are living in the very last days, before the wrath of God is poured out upon the wicked once again.

Jesus said, “...the same day that Lot went out of Sodom, it rained fire and brimstone...” (Luke 17:29).

History repeats itself. As soon as the righteous are caught up to be with the Lord (1 Thessalonians 4:16-18), the wrath of God will be poured out upon the ungodly (Isaiah 26:20; 1 Thessalonians 1:10).

“The thing that has been, is that which shall be, and that which is done is that which shall be done, and there is no new thing under the sun” Ecclesiastes 1:9.
